Ristorante Pizzeria Pinko In Quarrata

We had dinner on a Monday evening, and despite there being only a few other tables, I have to say the service was a bit slow, even when we took our order, but hopefully that's an exception. Usually, they ask for your water preference when you're seated and then serve it, especially in the summer! The food was good; we tried both meat and fish. The seafood salad was excellent! The first course "alla gricia" was a winner! The sliced steak was delicious. Three of the eight fried calamari and shrimp arrived without shrimp (they were then brought separately). Overall, a good restaurant. I'll be back to try the meat dishes, which were delicious. The pizza was worth trying. The atmosphere was simple and pleasant, and the waitresses were always smiling!

Pinko doesn't disappoint!! Finally, authentic Tuscan pizza!!! In addition to excellent authentic Neapolitan pizza!! WOOD-FIRED OVEN, OPEN KITCHEN, excellent fish dishes, open grill with a large, always breezy summer garden, well done! You can feel the passion in every dish and the desire to give the best, well done!!!

Everything was amazing, the staff, the girls were great, the food was excellent, from the starters to the fish, pasta, meat, dessert, the wine, everything was truly excellent.

Very good food and value for money - we shared a pizza, a fillet steak with truffle and a teramisu, top quality meat and the teramisu wasn't too sweet 🤩.

The certificate is a little long for a Tuscan appetizer, the same for a Margherita. For my taste, sour tomato and very burnt pizza. Tuscan fried pasta on the other hand, excellent. Real pizza in many places not cooked

Very kind and professional staff, really good food, I had the pork shank and I'll just say that it could be cut with a fork, exceptional.
