Authentic, high-quality food, beautifully cooked. I could write a lot about the delicious food.... The staff is also fantastic, but you can't help but fall in love with the owner. He's passionate about his work and is very empathetic. We'll be back from Rome very soon.

What a wonderful surprise! We docked in Trevi for a few days, and as soon as we dropped off our bags at the hotel, we flew here, based on the trust we'd already shown during the long drive. Far better than we'd ever expected! We shared the house appetizer, yet we seriously struggled to finish it, but our appetites were overwhelming. We then continued with the Francescana pizza (an incredible amount of raw ham), bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin, and crispy baked potatoes with rosemary, all washed down with the good old house white wine. The staff was delightful, making sure we were happy and comfortable every step of the way, and we felt truly listened to and cared for. Despite the large crowd, there was great attention to detail. I can only recommend it with my eyes closed. Absolutely competitive price!!!! A warm greeting to the waitress with the curly copper hair, who was so kind to us ❤️

We had dinner here on the evening of November 8th. We booked just minutes before arrival, and they seated us at a small table where we enjoyed ourselves, allowing us to chat quietly.
The service was very courteous, friendly, and attentive.
We started dinner with a house antipasto. It was varied and delicious. It included splendid prosciutto crudo, lots of bruschetta with various toppings (oil, tomatoes, olive oil), pieces of parmigiana, a pumpkin lasagna, fried pumpkin priori, terrines with pork rinds and beans, and lentils. An appetizer of this quality and quantity would already be enough, but I continued with a Franciscan pizza (ham and mushrooms): thinly sliced but soft, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Even though I couldn't finish it, I asked for it to be taken away. My wife chose a pork tenderloin with honey, pistachios, and baked potatoes. Delicious.
We couldn't bring ourselves to order anything else!
The bill was low: I expected to spend at least €25-30 more, and it would have been well spent. Instead, it was even better!
Beautiful and highly recommended (P.S. there are only two photos because we went all out on the food).

Very good pizza, and bruschetta is also good. Everything is very reasonably priced. Coming here for dinner gives you a real feel for small-town life. I recommend it.

The appetizers and strangozzi with Chianina beef ragù and truffle were excellent. The suckling pig and lamb were unforgettable. Carlo and Stefano were very kind. Highly recommended!

If you're passing through Umbria, this is definitely a restaurant to enjoy local food and traditional flavors.
The appetizers are GIANT; I recommend saving room for the primo and secondo.
The cured meats and cheeses are always very fresh; don't miss the bruschetta and the grilled meats.
The father and son owners are warm, friendly, and will surely welcome you with a big smile.

Be careful with the chef!!!! Bring 300 appetizers...don't eat the week before and then die full here in this super tasty, delicious, and above all, super filling place!!!!
