I would say excellent meal and waiters and owner really at the top... I come to Foligno at least three or four times during the year and this is an obligatory stop

Everything was very good, from the appetizers to the first courses (truffle strengozzi), abundant mixed roast and desserts. The owner is kind and friendly.

It was a great experience dining in this restaurant, we were welcomed very well, the food was superb and the bill was reasonable. A particular mention about the oil they produce, simply exceptional. We will be back.

Siamo stati ieri a pranzo io e il mio compagno e finalmente abbiamo trovato il vero ristorante "di una volta".....cucina casereccia e piatti abbondanti oltre che squisiti.....ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.... personale gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza.....a capo di tutti Mario ,il padrone di casa,che ci ha fatto sentire come in famiglia nonostante fosse la prima volta che ci andavamo....... assolutamente lo consigliamo e assolutamente torneremo presto.....grazie luca e Francesca da Ancona

Struttura dotata di un ampio parcheggio. Il locale stile trattoria lavora con menù di terra e come pizzeria. Consiglio l'antipasto strutturato con molte portate e i primi piatti. Il servizio è stato un pò lento ed il costo non è proprio economico.

12/01/2025: The place is created from an ancient building, first a church and then a spa facility. So much so that, right in the central position, there is the old apse from which the original thermal water fountain flows. The place is well furnished, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Land and sea cuisine with a prevalence of the latter on the menu. I must say that the dishes we tried were all well prepared and with excellent quality raw materials. So the exam was excellently passed as far as I'm concerned. Well done. Prices in line with the quality offered.
06/01/2025: Elegant place with a slightly retro taste that really fascinates me. In addition to being a particular and characteristic location, it is well cared for and maintained by the fantastic owner-chef who is very good at cooking and making fish. Wide choice of dishes, all very inviting and at a more than fair price. A great place to eat well and spend a pleasant and relaxing moment of the day.

Falaschi Gastronomia

28/03/2025: For work I have to stop in Bastia and I'm looking for something to eat.. never been there before. Google tells me this rotisserie. I go in. Wonderful.. I would not have imagined a situation like this.. in a positive sense. Excellent setting, excellent food offered. Kindness of the staff. Due to space and time constraints I only take a roast chicken and a skewer.... high quality... juicy and soft.. if I lived there I would order Sunday lunch. I recommend it.
06/03/2025: I didn't believe that in a supermarket they made food as good as in a restaurant.
