Undercooked dough impossible to digest. High quality seasoning, shame it slides off the pizzas. Fried calzones have a lot of seasoning, but are soaked in oil, while baked calzones are practically empty. Friendly staff, but high prices.

Arguably the best pizza in Parma: ingredients and preparation are top notch, although I tend to like my dough with a bit more texture.
Now if only they knew how to operate the AC as well as the oven, so as to make the place minimally comfortable during a heat wave…

Accustomed to rather indigestible post-pizza evenings, usually due to insufficient leavening, I try this small pizzeria in the Pablo neighbourhood, a little hidden among condominiums and internal open spaces. I find willing and friendly girls and boys, quality raw materials even in the extra condiments, deliciousness right from reading the menu and excellent digestibility. The quality and faithfulness to the Neapolitan recipe is certainly appreciable. Reservations a little difficult

Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en esta pizzería en Parma! El ambiente era acogedor y auténticamente italiano, el personal era amable y atento, y la pizza era simplemente perfecto - corteza crujiente, ingredientes frescos, y lleno de sabor. Una visita obligada para cualquiera que quiera pizza italiana auténtica!

La pizza non è male. L impasto leggero e digeribile, ma di napoletano non ha proprio nulla. Nonostante il variegato menù, la pizza manca di "spinta", di sapore ed è scarsa nel condimento. Ne ho preso una con i porcini e in totale verranno 5 o 6 cubetti. L altra, con le melanzane, ne aveva su 4 fettine!
Servizio buono. Posto carino. Prezzo giusto
