We have visited the Moderno over many years and went there three times for dinner last week. The food is simple but delicious. It's a busy place so there is a lively atmosphere but we never felt rushed. The staff are welcoming and efficient. The two course set menu is fantastic value at 18 euros in the week and 20 euros at the weekend. The chocolate ice cream is wonderful and enough for two people. We have not tried the pizza but they looked good. We would highly recommend the Moderno for proper Italian food.

When I want to eat well and have more choice I come here. I also like it because they are always kind (even when it's a little late). The service is fast and professional.

Last special evening in Aosta. The service was impeccable and the staff were extremely warm and friendly! I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to try the local specialties. We felt truly appreciated, and the warmth of the staff, with sincere smiles and moments of pleasant conviviality, made the experience unique. We will happily return!

Quando andiamo ad Aosta, sia in estate che in inverno, siamo ormai clienti affezionati. Il menù è vario e i prezzi sono accessibili a tutti come anche la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale sono i principali aspetti della nostra scelta. Noi ci sentiamo a casa, grazie!

Pranzo di fine anno, molto gradito. Ottimi i primi, così come I secondi, accoglienza perfetta anche se certa molta gente, ci siamo trovati davvero bene e torneremo di sicuro!

12/09/2024: Le Refugio Chez Ollier s'est avéré le meilleur des refuges sur notre Tour du Mont-Blanc. Le personnel est attentif. La cuisine est généreuses et délicieuse !
