I found this pizzeria via the AIC app while traveling.
The restaurant is slightly hidden, with a small parking lot and an outdoor area with tables and chairs.
Inside, there are two large dining rooms, with slightly dated furnishings but clean and very well-kept.
At the entrance, there's a selection of gluten-free products, pasta, and premium flours, such as sorghum flour, available for purchase.
The table settings are color-coded to better identify celiac diners.
The pizzas are fantastic!
A gluten-free one with buckwheat dough was delicious! Well-cooked and with a tasty crust.

At the end of the meal, I stopped to chat with the waitress, who I believe is also the owner. I complimented them on the quality of the food and the service. They explained that all the dough is made in-house and that they create their own mixes.
Furthermore, as an alternative to pizza, you can ask the kitchen to prepare a first course with one of the products they sell.
They were very kind, and the pizza was delicious!
The price is a little high, but it's absolutely worth it!
If I may offer a couple of small tips: review the style and colors of the restaurant and the pizza menu choices; they're so many and so confusing!
