Great pizza. I'll have to come back.

The best pizza I've ever eaten, the problem is that you won't like other pizzas as much as before.

Top-notch pizza. The atmosphere is elegant yet cozy. I highly recommend it! One small flaw: the interior doesn't have great acoustics and can be very loud when full.

This is the real Neapolitan pizza..... Beautiful, good, and tasty..... It reminds me of my childhood when I used to visit relatives in Naples... The only constructive criticism I feel like making is about the beer. 7.50 euros for a medium commercial beer seems a bit too much, but the enjoyment of the pizza makes up for it. Well done, well done!

I stumbled upon it by chance, and despite having passed it several times, I finally found a true Neapolitan pizza—definitely a long leavening time, with a soft, not-so-wet dough, and topped with high-quality ingredients. But an added bonus is the staff, discreet, courteous, and always attentive to any request. From now on, my pizzeria.

Good pizza, good beer, good dessert. Average prices. If you're inside, it's too noisy; you can't hear us at the table when we're talking. That's the only downside!

An explosion of flavor, from the soft and digestible dough to the expertly (and I'd even say courageously) paired ingredients. I've never had a pizza with ham and peaches before, and I have to say, it was incredibly surprising. I'll be back to try other pizzas from their menu (which changes seasonally). Highly recommended.

In our search for the best pizzerias in the Veneto region and beyond, we went to Pizzeria Maxim to try their specialties (the pizzas change seasonally). Excellent quality ingredients, light and easily digestible dough. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this pizzeria.

Ho cenato qui più o meno due settimane fa assieme ad un mio amico, amanti entrambi delle pizze gourmet e della buona cucina...per noi era la prima volta dato che non conoscevamo la location che abbiamo visto pubblicizzata in Instagram nella pagina social di Veneto Food Porn...profilo secondo me più orientato ad una politica goliardica nella presentazione di cibo, piatti e ristoranti che non su di una effettiva conoscenza e cultura gastronomica in generale!! Nonostante tutto, dobbiamo dire che la scelta è stata proprio azzeccata!! Io ho optato per la pizza tartare, con mozzarella fiordilatte, tartare di manzo e tartufo nero umbro mentre il mio amico ha scelto la cantabrica, con ingredienti di burrata di Andria dop, acciughe cantabriche, pomodorini ed olive. Impasto cotto in forno a legna direi in modo certosino quasi con lavoro di cesello, soffice con cornicione; perfetto bilanciamento tra la tartare ed il tartufo. Di solito non sono molto amante delle pizze bianche ma prediligo la base con il pomodoro, ma questa pizza era veramente divina a prescindere! Location con arredamento moderno e caldo ma senza scadere nelle eccessi, personale gentile e molto professionale, rapporto qualità prezzo buono, oserei dire quasi ottimo. Ovviamente qui si trova la ricercatezza delle pizze gourmet quindi la scelta è ovviamente limitata ed i prezzi sono proporzionati alla qualità delle materie prime scelte e a tutta la lavorazione e preparazione che ci stà dietro! Sicuramente non appena mi si presenterà l'occasione, ci ritorneremo!

Pizza veramente buona con bordo alto morbida e ingredienti di ottima qualità. Anche il dessert molto buono. Servizio ottimo e gentilezza. Bravi molto consigliato
