I recently left a negative review about an experience I had at the restaurant. By filling out the questionnaire, the owner Luca was able to contact me, apologizing and displaying a level of professionalism few in this industry possess. Putting your face forward in these situations is not a given, and the owner didn't shy away from doing so. We'll definitely be back to try those dishes that inspired us so much!

We were in this restaurant for the first time, we ate very well, kind waiters, they offered us a slice of pizza, but the thing I didn't understand is that at the end of the meal I asked for a glass of water and when I left I noticed on the receipt that they charged me on the receipt for a glass of water for €0.50 🤣 But you know, in different countries you find traditions.

Abbiamo deciso di passare la serata al ristorante Incontro di Salso io e le mie cugine, per il nostro periodico incontro di famiglia, e ne siamo rimaste come ogni volta entusiaste ! Pizza e carpaccio di pesce ottimi. E non dimentichiamo che si può anche fare asporto quando si vuole !

La Buca Dei Diavoli

11/12/2025: Pizza with friends, we had Adele (with pumpkin, gorgonzola, leeks), stracciacaramellata, with ham and other simpler ones. They were all very, very good, made with excellent ingredients and with a well-cooked base (a rare thing...). Wide selection of beers and unusual desserts (not pre-packaged!!!!!), I recommend the meringue with warm San Marzano on top. The artisanal ice cream was also excellent.
07/12/2025: It's worth it...it's always full for a reason...you have to try it
