Ristorante Pizzeria Le Scalette In Todi

We had dinner at this restaurant and had a great time. Characteristic place with a beautiful terrace overlooking the historic center of Todi. Menu with traditional Umbrian dishes, from first courses to meat. We tried the really delicious pizza. Light, thin and crunchy dough and excellent ingredients and raw materials. Also worth trying is their mixed fried starter, with sage, courgette flowers, apple fritters (delicious) and saffron supplì, all very light. The guys who served us were very professional and friendly, there was only a small problem with our order which delayed our service but everything was resolved quickly and with great kindness. The internal room is also very characteristic. We had dinner on a Friday evening and booked in advance. Prices normal.

Excellent environment and quality food, the attention to people who have to eat large gluten-free dishes is appreciated. Gluten-free is not a whim but a necessity.

How to make a celiac patient from Milan happy while traveling to Todi! Practically the entire menu is also available in a gluten-free version and I didn't miss the opportunity to try a bit of everything, letting the waiter advise me: the house mixed fried food, the tagliatelle with truffles and those with meat sauce and then obviously the final dessert! Everything was delicious and I really appreciated the care with which the dishes were cooked: those with celiac disease know well how difficult it is not to be served a plate of pasta that breaks at the first forkful. Super recommended and the terrace is super cute!

Siamo stati a cena in questo ristorante durante una puntata a Todi (alloggiavamo ad Orvieto). Abbiamo scelto Le Scalette sull'onda della sensazione data dalla vista meravigliosa che già si intravede all'ingresso (avevamo in mente un altro ristorante per le ottime recesioni) e dal menu vario. Siamo stati super soddisfatti: abbiamo diviso un antipasto di bruschette miste favolose, mio marito ha optato per la tagliata ed io per la zuppa di ceci. Dolci molto buoni, il tutto annaffiato da un buonissimo vino rosato. E che dire del panorama diretto sul centro di Todi che si vede dalla terrazza? Meraviglia!!! Relax puro! E poi...girl power: il ristorante è gestito da sole donne. Bravissime!!!!
