Ristorante Pizzeria Le Criniere In Montecassiano

04/03/2025: Place where PIZZA 🍕 is the host. The classic pizzeria where there is a wide choice of white, red and special pizzas, all of the Neapolitan tradition. Dough that remains very light, generous with seasoning and without the ingredients covering each other, but binding well to give a moment of pure taste to the palate. Accompanying a quality pizza is the kindness and friendliness of the staff who, right from the phone call to ask if there was room, proves to be an added and very welcome value for the place. The choice of beers and wines is also excellent and goes elegantly with the various pizzas offered. The fried foods, which I didn't take in this case, are an excellent trailblazer for what will then be the queen of the dinner. Thanks for letting us have a tasty evening 🙏

26/02/2025: Last night my partner and I tried this pizzeria since we are passionate about Neapolitan pizza. Nothing to say about frying, the oil was clean, the strips were like clouds and the tomato was good. The pizzas, one red with buffalo mozzarella and one white with lemon and pink pepper with a crust filled with ricotta, are good. The only things I can say something about is the hasty service, as soon as one of us finished they came to take away our plate so that we couldn't comfortably taste each other's food. At the time of the bill we were asked if everything was ok, I expressed my opinion on a pizza given that one ingredient dominated above all, the owner's response was.... A question of taste, true, but the answers must always be given in a polite and non-opinient manner. We will definitely return because we ate very well
