Siamo stati molte volte con amici in questo ristorante caratterizzato da un incantevole vista sul parco archeologico di Sutri che ti accompagna mentre gusti i loro piatti. Il cibo è buono, sia la pizza, molto leggera e cotta al forno a legna, ed il cucinato con piatti sempre raffinati con materie prime di alta qualità. L'unica pecca sono i piatti di pesce che, per quelli che ho provato, non sono allo stesso livello di tutti gli altri, per esempio gli Spaghetti alle Vongole cucinati con pomodoro, questo copre quel poco di sapore di pesce che hanno le vongole soprattutto se non di altissima qualità.

Saturday evening, there were a few people but not a full place, I waited over 40 minutes for the starter, I ate scialatielli but they were slightly overcooked. I tasted first courses from other diners and they were very good.

05/05/2025: Trattoria located in Tuscania Sophisticated menu: The menu offers a variety of dishes, with particular attention to meat of all types, starters, first courses and second courses. Courteous staff: The owner is very approachable and very attentive to detail, the staff is very courteous. They have an EXCELLENT quality of meat for me and I say TOP because I often eat meat in restaurants (around Italy) but I have not found a better one both in cooking and in the product. Excellent wines to pair with the dish. The price is accessible to everyone I guarantee it. They have menus starting from €18, first course, second course and side dish. And also from €25 with a first course and steak or steak with side dish, or à la carte menu. So for all budgets, but the quality is the same. I highly recommend it. Bon appetit 🍽🍾

04/05/2025: Une belle plage libre donc sans musique qui casse les oreilles et sans être tassés comme des sardine avec une eau parfaitement transparente, parfaite pour des bons bains et de mer et de soleil bien loin des sentiers battus. D’une fois garé, en passant devant le restaurant Playa del Sol réservez votre table pour le déjeuner. Une belle carte simple, gageure de produits frais, est très appétissante.
