The first course was very salty, cold, the fish was inedible and there was very little of it. No one liked the pizza. They had the orders mixed up for the tagliata. Those who wanted it well done were served cold because they were eating the first course. The only positive note was that the owner didn't charge for the first course, apologizing for what had happened. However, the price was too high for what we ate. We basically went home to have a spaghetti dinner.

Highly recommended for anyone like me who is allergic to wheat (celiac).
After 2 months, I'm passing through Sutri again and, of course, I stopped at the Brothers, but this time I ate everything from starter to dessert, obviously gluten-free and lactose-free. You guys are amazing, from starter to dessert, everything was sublime. Well done, and thank you for helping me, first and foremost, to eat safely and then to let you taste your delicacies. I stopped by chance in this place, I can say that it is an excellent restaurant for its dishes with fresh and tasty products, excellent pizza, if I pass through those parts again I will definitely go there ... I also recommend it for the kindness and ability of a superb service.

The place is wonderful and worth a visit just for the wonderful view from the terrace overlooking Sutri's Roman amphitheater. Given the location, the prices are decidedly fair. The food is neither glorious nor infamous, and the service is rather glacial.
