Ristorante Pizzeria L'Ancora In Iseo

I am reviewing this restaurant after having already come twice (and I will definitely return) for many aspects, all positive: the optimal location with respect to the historic center and the lakeside, the quality of the food, the wisdom in knowing how to cook it and the friendliness of the entire staff. Both experiences saw different orders depending on the diners. There are those who ordered pizzas and those who instead ordered dishes from the kitchen (first and second courses of fish); in any case each of us expressed a unanimous opinion: very good dinner! The cost is adequate and the cleanliness impeccable. Compliments to Maurizio, the owner, who always welcomes customers with kindness and friendliness.

Excellent pizza when eaten in the restaurant, but usually undercooked when ordered to take away. I've tried both, but the quality is always better when eaten at a table. Such a shame. The base is undercooked, and the top overcooked, almost as though the pizzaolo didn't turn the pizza to the heated stones. Professionalism has obviously decreased with an increase in work.

In centro ad Iseo. Ambiente interno pulito e ordinato. Personale gentilissimo e attento alle esigenze. Cibo molto buono e abbondante. Prezzi allineati alla zona.

The food is great, the staff is really nice and attentive, I can only warmly recommend eating here. A warm atmosphere, we feel comfortable. The waitress has an amazing memory, she recognized us from last year!! Unbelievable!! Highly recommended👍👍👍👍👍

Piccolo ristorante composto da diverse salette, ognuna con un’atmosfera raccolta e accogliente. Appena varcata la soglia, si ha la sensazione di entrare in un luogo intimo e ben curato, un perfetto equilibrio tra familiarità ed eleganza. Eravamo in sei e abbiamo deciso di provare piatti diversi tra loro, tra primi, secondi e pizza. Un vero test per la cucina, superato a pieni voti: ognuno di noi è rimasto soddisfatto. Io ho scelto uno spaghetto allo scoglio e posso dire che è stato semplicemente stratosferico, con un sapore di mare autentico e ingredienti freschissimi. I prezzi inizialmente senbrano alti, ma si rivelano giustificati dalla qualità degli ingredienti e dalle porzioni abbondanti. Personale disponibile e cortese, capace di far sentire l’ospite a proprio agio senza mai essere invadente. Un’esperienza piacevole, da ritornarci!
