Excellent gluten-free pizza, one of the best I had on my trip to Italy. I got the "la verace" and my partner got the quattro formaggi, both gluten-free so we could share, and both were excellent.

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever had! I ordered the Bologna and it was a 10! The gluten-free pizza was delicious, but more average. That said, with the beer and service, it's only €50 for two people.

Highly recommended place for celiacs: a gluten-free pizza with dough among the best ever tried. Almost the entire menu is optionally gluten-free.
Even the "normal" pizza is really good. The location is quite informal and so is the service, sometimes a bit disorganized and confused. The goodness of the gluten-free products, as far as I'm concerned, makes up for it greatly. Must try!

A restaurant with a very pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere. It has a spacious dining area and a small terrace. We tried several pasta dishes and none of them disappointed, with generous portions and excellent flavor. Above all, you must try the Bolognese sauce; it's a real hit.

I was in Bologna for work and ate at this restaurant for two days, both for lunch and dinner. It was a truly excellent experience. Everything was delicious, and you can choose between classic cuisine and gluten-free options, guaranteed by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) certification. For me, it was a dream to be able to eat fresh, homemade gluten-free pasta, because for a celiac, it's truly difficult to find places where you can enjoy traditional Emilian stuffed pasta, handmade, and of this quality. The gluten-free pizza is also delicious, just like the "classic" version—it's hard to believe it's gluten-free. The bread is also homemade, both traditional and gluten-free: fragrant and delicious.
The service is impeccable: special thanks to Alberto, who looked after us with great courtesy and professionalism, making us feel welcomed and pampered. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-kept, all accompanied by a fair bill commensurate with the quality of the offerings.
An absolute must-visit in Bologna, both for celiacs and those who simply want to eat well. We will definitely be back, I didn't manage to try everything... Highly recommended!

Sono stata in questo ristorante pizzeria con la famiglia, attirata dal certificato AIC e l'ampia scelta del menu, anche per celiaci. Il cibo con e senza glutine era buono, la pasta ripiena fresca e fatta a mano, anche senza glutine. Le note dolenti sono principalmente legate al servizio e a ciò che ne concerne, purtroppo. I camerieri sono risultati distratti e impreparati: non portavano via piatti e bicchieri vuoti a meno che non gli venissero dati in mano, anche passando continuamente accanto al tavolo e hanno commesso degli errori che a mio parere non sono accettabili per un ristorante con certificazione AIC. In particolare, è stata data un'informazione sbagliata su un piatto fatto di frittura mista, dicendo che era tutta senza glutine per poi essere chiarita successivamente da un altro membro del personale. Inoltre, c'era chiara disinformazione sul fatto che l'olio di frittura non può essere lo stesso per il con e senza glutine, ma anche questo ritengo sia frutto di una cattiva preparazione del cameriere. I piatti infatti erano fatti bene, se senza glutine distinti dalla iconica goccia di aceto balsamico. Purtroppo però tutta l'esperienza è stata condita anche da una lunghissima attesa di più di un'ora tra il contorno/antipasto e il primo/pizza. Complessivamente ci tornerei solo per assaggiare la loro pizza, ma il locale e il servizio richiedono grossi miglioramenti per migliorare la professionalità.
