Beautiful evening, excellent food, excellent service, a breathtaking view

I had dinner at Vela Blu and the dishes were truly exquisite I recommend taking seafood dishes (especially the mussels and spaghetti with clams, which were remarkable) and not the pizzas, also on the advice of family friends who have been frequenting the restaurant for a long time the service could definitely improve but I would say that it is absolutely worth dining here just for the goodness of the dishes, keeping in mind that the service could be lacking, and the spectacular view

Guys, if you pay attention to the quality of the food and are patient with the service, this post is top. Mussel and clam soup like you eat it here, you won't find it anywhere else, even among the famous ones. Spaghetti with clams and bottarga was also excellent. Fair prices. Highly recommended!!!!!

We went to watch the sunset on the beach and found the Vela Blu. After looking at the reviews we decided to try it. It is true that they have been a bit slow, but in return: Waiters attentive and very friendly. Pretty good food. The penne bolognese is good, the fettuccini agli spanti are very delicious although uncomfortable to eat since they come with a raincoat, and the Paolo pizza is simply spectacular! The beer is the best we have had in Sardinia, unfiltered. The coffee is delicious and the shot is very good. In addition to all of the above, it must be said that it is in a privileged place, on the first line of the sea. Also, during dinner there is live music that sounds great almost all the time. And to top it off... They have a playground!!! All this for a more than reasonable price. Setting, atmosphere, dinner for 3... For €65. I think the fact that it took a little longer than usual can be forgiven.

Restaurant located on the sea. A wonderful view. The food good. The cheese and salami platter is a little poor in cheeses, I expected to have more types of cheeses. The rest all fine.

We had dinner. Excellent view of the sea and the sunset. Good frying. Sardinian cheese and cured meat platter with a little cheese. Seadas very good.

Fantastic restaurant and beachside cafe. Great food, friendly staff and very good value. We ate here three times and every meal was great. There was even live music on the Friday night. Highly reccomended.

Nearly didn’t go because of google reviews / it was a really enjoyable dinner, they won’t win a Michelin star anytime soon but the calamari and pizza’s were good and the location was spectacular ! Thank you Vela blu.

The place is beautiful, but the food leaves a lot to be desired, they should learn how to make a risotto
