Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good pizza, but the cover charge is a bit expensive for the service. Nice atmosphere.

I was there alone and received a warm welcome. Excellent, authentic Italian food and a cozy atmosphere. A quiet promenade along the river is just a stone's throw away.

A wonderfully lovely evening with delicious food. The fish selection was excellent, and the house wine is highly recommended. I especially recommend the salmon pasta! Thank you for the service!

It could have been better; the fried calamari and fries were a bit heavy and oily. They weren't bad, but they tasted too much like oil. There was also too much oil in the seafood spaghetti. All in all, we ate decently. Kudos to the waitress, with her genuine smile and courtesy, who immediately put us at ease.

11/07/2025: For those looking for gluten-free food, there are plenty of options on the menu, even burgers. No gluten-free pizzas, though. The setting is beautiful and the food is delicious. I'm giving a 2 for service because we ended up getting the wrong order: seafood paella instead of mixed meat. Because of this, my daughter didn't eat anything. When we mentioned it, the waitress didn't apologize, and she came across as arrogant. If a simple apology had been given, I would have given a 5 for everything. Aside from that, I'm convinced this is a great place. It's a shame about this unfortunate coincidence.

Osteria Quatro Pass

23/09/2025: As a Northern Italian restaurant, many dishes feature cream and oil. I had tagliatelle pasta with smoked fish and ravioli stuffed with fish fillet. The pumpkin chips on top of the ravioli were a nice kick. However, it might be a bit salty for Korean palates. The first two bites were delicious, but I couldn't help but feel a little overwhelmed by the end. Still, it's a great place to have a meal in Varenna.
22/09/2025: We had a lovely dinner at Osteria Quatro Pass. We ordered an appetizer to share as well as two main dishes and a tiramisu for dessert. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was also outstanding! We really enjoyed their pumpkin gnocchi and their tiramisu.
