We found this restaurant by accident and were very happy with the food and service. Very authentic and we left with full happy bellies.

Truly one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. I had the luxury of being the only guest and being well looked after 👍. Pizza base was paper thin and slightly crispy, just the way I love it. Value for money is really very good. I will plan another visit here in the next few days.

Such a lovely restaurant with the most delicious food. We had a really lovely pizza each. We can also recommend the pasta bolognese with wild boar. Really good service. A favourite venue of my boyfriend and I.

27/07/2024: Il Casale del Rosmarino, in Montefiascone, the city of wine, confirms a fully relaxing stay in a regenerating countryside. Comfortable apartment with modern, clean and well-equipped kitchen. The swimming pool, the large lawn, the solarium under the wisteria are pleasant. The Casale is close to numerous places of cultural and tourist interest. Excellent wines to taste in the area. The hospitality of the hosts is perfect.

01/05/2024: In pieno centro storico, ci hanno accettato a pranzo senza prenotare. Abbiamo gustato un bel piatto di lombrichelli alla viterbese e un dolce della casa. Servizio veloce, prezzi buoni.
02/03/2024: Locale caratteristico nel centro di Viterbo ,ottimo il cibo ,cameriere molto cortese e super il cuoco Paolo!, da ritornare sicuramente
