Ristorante Pizzeria La Peppina In Pistoia

I gave everything 5 stars because it's a simple, rustic place that maintains its tradition. I went there often many years ago and recently returned. The staff is very helpful and everyone is very nice. The pizzas are delicious, and I don't know what dough it is or how long it's leavened, but it's very light. I have a wheat intolerance, so I didn't have any problems, and I ate a lot. The only small flaw is that there's not much variety in the pizzas they serve, but they're still excellent. The dessert is also good! I hope to return soon. 🤗

The quality of the cured meats is questionable, as are the schiacciatas, but they're still tasty thanks to the generous amount of oil. The platters arrived in abundance for the table size. The sparkling white wine and beer were decent. The tiramisu was definitely not homemade. Excellent place for a table. It's a place stuck in the past, and that's the beauty of it. We paid 25 euros each, and overall it was more than adequate.

Quiet place, surrounded by greenery, kind and helpful staff. Friendly and helpful, simple but good food. I will be back.

The pizza and schiacciata are delicious. The price is a bit high.
