Spectacular welcome!! The owner, Nicola, is a wonderful "Southern" person... as are the staff who cooked and catered to our needs. I ordered the pizza by the meter, which was devoured, accompanied by a draft beer.

I'm thrilled to share my experience at La Giara Art, a Neapolitan pizzeria in Gallipoli that's a true paradise for pizza lovers! The dough is handmade daily, leavened for at least 24 hours, and the flour used is type 1, derived from locally grown wheat.
*The Food*
The pizzas are true works of art, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I tried the special pizza, and it was a real treat! The appetizers and main courses are also excellent, with dishes like the sliced beef with pistachios and stracciatella.
*The Service*
The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to recommend the perfect dish. The owner is also very friendly and takes great care of his customers.
*The Atmosphere*
The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for an evening with friends or a romantic dinner.
*Prices*
Prices are reasonable, with pizzas ranging from 9 to 14 euros.

Very nice pizzeria, a little bit outside of the main street. Good location, on your way to old town. Pizzas are delicious. Normal price (for Napoletanian pizzas). Very recommended.

I recommend this pizzeria where I ate the best pizzas of my life, they were delicious and very original. It was the first time I saw a pizza with pumpkin cream and it was a real success. Bravo to the cooks!

We stumbled upon it by chance, and it was a pleasant surprise. The service is a little slow in the evening because it is very busy, but the wait is worth it. The pizzas are very well garnished and the dough is really very good. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere very friendly, we highly recommend it.
