I ended up here a bit by chance, with the low expectations of those who are content to fill their bellies in a place near the Bed & Breakfast. And instead… surprise of surprises! I found one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten
Furthermore, the owners are cheerful, courteous and extremely helpful people. What a surprise! We will definitely be back in the next few days.. keep it up😊❤️

New management that offers truly delicious food with the possibility of a gluten-free alternative (they have various pasta formats and from starter to main course the choice is wide, including desserts).
Friendly and helpful staff.

We had dinner at this historic restaurant which has new management this year. The environment is very welcoming and the excellent fish cuisine is linked to tradition with a touch of modernity. The pizza is also really excellent. Good luck to the guys for their new adventure, you've started off on the right foot!

We tried both the kitchen and the pizzeria and left really satisfied. I wanted to take a photo of the pizza but it was so good and I was so hungry that I didn't have time. The fish dishes are very tasty, inspired by Tuscan cuisine without ever being banal. Excellent wine list, purely Elban selection with the addition of some continental cellars. Delicious desserts. Welcoming atmosphere and attentive service. Definitely a point of reference in the area. Well done!

It's particularly difficult for me to write a review this time ✍️ because we really enjoyed being here last year. Of course, expectations for this year were correspondingly high.
Actually a place where you can expect great cuisine with a reasonable price.
This year we came with friends and were unfortunately disappointed. Yes, we are approaching the end of the holiday season and I understand that all employees are longing for the end and are certainly at the end of their tether. At what feels like 150% capacity (inside, in the annex, on the terrace and the tables in front full, with triple occupancy) you are of course already exceeding the limit of the kitchen and the employees.
Mistakes tend to happen that never actually happen, but are almost unavoidable given the hectic pace and throughput.
Our starters were brought quite quickly. The fried polpo was excellent 😊.
Unfortunately, my pasta with tuna and burata was totally over salted.
It took about 15 minutes before we got rid of our empty plates (before the empty plates).
We then had to wait a relatively long time for the main course (40 minutes) and only 3 out of 4 came.
The mixed fish platter was of good quality and the selection was quite okay. The fish was partly cold, partly oversalted, the tubes still had a beak….
Salt would have been great for the entrecote, but there were no cruets at the table and service was not available.
My wife's noodles arrived when we had almost finished them all (the service apologized on behalf of the kitchen), which were good quality with the clams, but unfortunately also totally over salted.
We would have liked to order another bottle of wine and water, but it was difficult due to the lack of service.
Since we had been here for almost 2.5 hours, we decided to go home without dessert, coffee or anything like that.
Since we were here last year, we will definitely come back next year, but not this year.
It's a shame ☹️
