The atmosphere is beautiful, with lots of greenery surrounding the veranda, while the interior is rustic with windows and plenty of seating. Prices are slightly lower than average, and portions are generous, although the quality of the food could definitely be improved. The staff are attentive and cheerful, the service is excellent, and the wait times are reasonable. Two things that made me turn up my nose at eating outside were the numerous flies and the possibility of smoking: eating while gusts of secondhand smoke and flies are blowing in on me is not pleasant.

Excellent cuisine, specializing in grilled meats. The guanciale (cured pork cheek) with polenta is also very good. Excellent pizza with a wide selection. The staff is young and knowledgeable. In summer, you can dine outside in a spectacular natural setting.

Back after a while... I'll start by saying that these aren't criticisms... but I think it's changed a bit for the worse... unfortunately. I remember one of the owners used to make the pizza... and it was really good... last night... no... a lot could be improved... the service... the good thing is that it's all done by young people... but there are some figures... that unfortunately in a restaurant... have a lot of weight, even if it's a trattoria... I see a lot of naivety... in the way they approach the customer... in the way they present themselves to the customers. ambience... La Baracca has always had its charm... but seeing chandeliers in a place like this with cold light bulbs... and on top of that, different colors... I'm sad because it takes away the charm and warmth that La Baracca has always had.

Rustic atmosphere, it's a bit like a trattoria from a few years ago. The home-cooked food is good, but the ingredients could be enhanced. The service is simple and basic, but friendly and attentive.
