Ristorante Pizzeria Kroma In Ragusa

We stayed at this property on New Year's Eve and had a positive experience. The staff immediately proved to be kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel pampered and always striving to accommodate our every request. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, while the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. We highly recommend this stay.

The hotel is located in modern Ragusa, a few blocks from one of the bridges leading to Ragusa Iblea. The rooms are very comfortable. Excellent service.

Breakfast could be improved a lot!

The hotel is a bit dated, with some of the furniture also quite old. The rooms are clean, and the towels are changed daily. Overall, it's very comfortable, as are the soaps. The breakfast was decent. The service was very attentive. Overall, my opinion is positive.

However, if you're sensitive to style and modern comfort, be prepared to make some compromises—with some aesthetic investment, it could really improve and become excellent.

The hotel is very central and easily accessible, with many nearby businesses, including very good restaurants. The look is rather vintage and some areas are clearly in need of maintenance. Upon arrival, I found the room fairly clean overall, but some areas, especially the bathroom, left a little to be desired. On the downside, the bathroom linens are changed daily and the room is always tidied. Breakfast is a little different from the photos (I didn't order it because I forgot), but you can still find sweet and savory options (the dessert, however, seems to be frozen). The staff is extremely friendly, giving it the feel of a family-run hotel.

The location is in upper Ragusa, a quiet and very clean town, very close to the bus station.

Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, only the restaurant needs improvement.
