Our experience at Karl's Keller Restaurant is always super. When we come to Sappada it is a fixed stop today we had porcini tagliolini and truffle a perfect combination of flavors that exceeded all expectations. Chef Federico truly deserves a big round of applause for the care and attention with which he prepared every detail of this dish, making it unforgettable. The service was also impeccable: friendly, professional staff always ready to satisfy every request. It is rare to find such a perfect balance between excellent cuisine and high-quality service. Definitely a restaurant to recommend and return to!

Few words to rate this place...everything is very good...recommended 100x100...the deer salami and the green lasagna with wild nettles and local cheese delicious.Sacher cake optimal. Attentive and very fast service.

Recommended by locals. I've been there twice in a row. The excellent first courses, the special desserts from the high-level chef, especially the one with hazelnut butter. As for the second courses, however, I found them lacking in salt, especially the goulash (which also had to be added with paprika!). The pork shank is not bad. The staff are hardworking and friendly....

Highly recommended. Excellent quality cold cuts and cheese platter served with a fig sauce and mustard, both delicious, polenta and goulash, pork ribs with potatoes and sliced ​​Irish beef. Everything delicious. But the desserts recommended by the chef are truly a delicacy. We were amazed by the basil ice cream, truly wonderful... and we are Genoese. The value for money is also excellent. Go there.
