We go there often and we like it very much. It's an institution in Modena, a guarantee in every sense for the food, the location and the staff. I highly recommend it.

The thick pizza was good but a bit heavy. The mixed fried fish and shrimp cocktail were very good. The waitress could be more cheerful and empathetic with her customers.

This place has always been a safe bet, for YEARS, when looking for a place in Modena to eat even at very late hours (in our case, amateur theater, at 11:45 PM). Everything is always delicious. The only problem I have is the indoor climate in autumn and winter: very, very humid. But, other than that, everything is EXCELLENT!!

We grabbed a pizza to eat at Bolo on our way home on the motorbike. It was delicious! The service was fast, they even cut it for us. I didn't see the atmosphere because I didn't go in, but from the outside you could see it was very nice. The prices were fair.

My family goes to the Jolly restaurant and pizzeria on a weekly basis. They usually take pizza, and they eat in. I occasionally go with them, but I generally take salads or vegetarian food. The restaurant does have a very good range of options. The pizza is really good, Neapolitan style. Price is honest, and service generally quick and professional. It can be loud inside, and they keep the air conditioning quite low - I'd rather stay outside during the summer, even if the nearby road is busy. Overall, it's a highly recommended place.

07/11/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance because it was the only one open on November 1st. The pizza was very good, the prices were good, and I'd say the service was acceptable. Okay, the cover charge is disposable, as are the cutlery, BUT WHO CARES!! Also, because it's supposed to be a takeaway pizzeria, but instead, you're seated at comfortable chairs and real, spacious tables, in a decently spacious space. There's even a TV and the restrooms are nice and clean and available.
30/10/2025: This is a takeout pizzeria near the center of Novi. It also offers dine-in options, as the large space has plenty of tables, perfect for large pizza parties with friends. There's also a bathroom (always useful). The pizza is thin and crispy, and I have to say, quite good. The battered vegetables are also excellent. There's ample private parking outside.

30/10/2025: I stopped by by chance on a motorcycle ride!! Nice restaurant, good food, and excellent service!! Recommended for a quick meal!!
29/10/2025: The usual problem is that one person eats while the other waits, but the dishes, especially the seafood, are excellent. If you order pizza, ask for double-crust.
