Il Veliero is located on a side street. It's not crowded with tourists. The guests are mostly locals. In addition to pizza and pasta, the Sardinian chef conjures up unusual creations. These are a bit more expensive, but always worth the price.

Siamo capitati per caso e direi PER FORTUNA!
Lo staff molto accogliente,disponibile e gentile.
Noi abbiamo preso un fritto misto in due e 2 pacchetti con burrata e pomodorini,un semifreddo al pistacchio e un tiramisù,acqua,1Lt di vino della casa,2 dolci e 2 caffè..tutto molto buono e con porzioni adeguate.

Vinimos aquí para almorzar en una visita a Riva. Pedimos 2 pizzas del menú vegetariano y una mota de pizza. Las pizzas eran las mejores que hemos probado! Desde la corteza suave pero crujiente hasta la delicia fresca de los ingredientes, perfectamente combinados, las pizzas eran deliciosas! Recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante ventoso y sin duda volveremos! El personal era amable y eficiente y el ambiente era de elegancia. Lugar perfecto!

To be honest, it didn’t leave an impression… all the staff was with no smile, it seemed like they are just waiting that all the guests will leave. The food was good, but nothing to write home about. Anyway, I must say I liked their sorbetto very much.
