I went out to eat alone and ordered gnocchi and a Coke. The gnocchi were delicious, and the staff was very friendly and quick. Unfortunately, I found it really, really expensive. A small portion of gnocchi and a 0.3l Coke cost €19.50...
What I love: they have a vegan pizza 👍

I found this restaurant really excellent in everything: welcome, food, excellent explanation of the dishes including the flowers, daily menus always different with excellent quality
I also found the bill perfect also because from the veranda you can admire the beauty of the place
I recommend it and luckily I did not let myself be influenced by the previous reviews because I would have regretted it

After many years I return to Timone in Portovenere, and every time it is a confirmation. The place and the service are really taken care of in every little detail, excellent dishes.

In a characteristic setting overlooking the sea, we had a reasonably good dinner overall, even if some dishes were simply tasteless (the pesto for example). Unfortunately, the service is not the best with arrogance (insisting on bringing two dishes when only one was ordered and blaming the customer) and a lot of coldness. The foreign staff who support in the room are much better).

It's the restaurant I always recommend in Portovenere!! The location is perfect, the staff is very kind and here you can taste the traditional dishes of Liguria. Don't miss 'la farinata', a chickpea flour appetizer, very typical and truly delicious! :)
