Super quaint, right in a trullo. We ate well, and they even have a terrace that can be used in the summer.

We tried pistachio spaghetti and cuttlefish ravioli for lunch , they were so delicious and creamy. Also the vibe was good, it’s worth to eat there.

Excellent is an understatement. The welcome was excellent, as they accommodated us with a table on the terrace, which was beautiful in the breeze. The dishes were exquisite, the house antipasto with 15 small dishes so you could sample the tradition—what can I say? WOW! The wine was good, the fillet was incredibly tender, and the truly amazing thing was the first course with burrata and pistachio. This creamy pasta was the creamiest I've ever eaten, congratulations. Excellent!

The food is good. Although they advertise pizzas outside, they told us they don't make them. We had mixed salad, orecchiette al Trullo, and other orecchiette alla barese. The price was reasonable. It's a quiet place.

La gente hace fila frente a este restaurante antes de que abra por una razón. Tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa en su terraza con una gran vista. La comida era increíble! Todos nosotros 4 estábamos más que contentos con todo lo que habíamos pedido en este lugar!

08/12/2025: An excellent culinary experience in the heart of Monopoli. Although the trattoria was packed (a clear sign of its popularity) and we had to wait a bit to be seated, the wait was worth it for the quality of the food. We enjoyed traditional cuisine made with high-quality ingredients. The appetizer was the real highlight: a fresh seafood selection, with scampi, red shrimp, oysters, and the signature hairy mussels, all undeniably fresh. The appetizers: from raw seafood (scampi, red shrimp, and hairy mussels) to cuttlefish tagliatelle, to hot dishes like battered cod and prawns in tomato sauce. The first course was surprising: artisanal orecchiette with prawns, mussels, and a delicate sweet pepper cream. We finished with perfectly grilled red mullet from Mazara del Vallo. A cuisine that celebrates the traditions of Monopoli and the Adriatic with excellent ingredients. Absolutely worth trying.
