What a great gem ! It opens late but definitely worth it.
One of the best pizza i had in my life. All textures available, crunchy, soft and the perfume of the fresh baked pizza is simply amazing.
We also had the pistacchio pasta, wonderful.
Strongly recommend this ristorante to everyone.

Nice indoor atmosphere. Good service. But the food didn’t meet expectations. Linguine is small portion. Pork chop is hard to chew, tasteless ((even after we added chili oil and pepper…)) we were disappointed with the tiramisu — it had very little flavor, the ladyfingers were hard…

A gray day in every respect: meteorological, – unfortunately – educational, and even tasting.
My historical memory of the flavors of this place doesn't match today's experience. Something has changed... shame.
Perhaps it was the rain, or perhaps the customer wandering between tables with a dog on his shoulder, well above the seating level – in a context where hygiene should be a priority. We were verbally assaulted simply for expressing our discomfort.
At that moment, we expected the manager to intervene, but instead he preferred to remain silent.
However, we must recognize the promptness and courtesy of the staff in moving us (Giovanni) to another table, distancing us from what we might call "polite bad manners."
From a gastronomic standpoint, the relationship remains valid, and the cuisine maintains a certain quality, even if no longer at the levels we remembered.
A note on the new menu entry: Orecchiette alla Barese definitely doesn't have meatballs, and tradition dictates horse brasciola, not veal or beef. In these dishes, authenticity matters as much as flavor.
A little selection at the entrance would be recommended, if not mandatory.

Excellent lunch, VERY generous portions, but above all, EXCELLENT food! The waiter who served us was very kind, excellent quality/price ratio, especially considering the beauty of Alberobello. Highly recommended.

Tuvimos una cena fantástica en Il Pinnacolo! El entorno dentro de un trullo tradicional es hermoso y atmosférico. Los platos locales eran frescos y llenos de sabor, especialmente el orecchiette y antipasti. Servicio amable, precios justos y un verdadero sabor de Apulia. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar con antelación!
