Lovely place, view of the trulli from the terrace, fast and very friendly waiters, the trump cards are the appetizers and the first courses, a tip: in such a beautiful restaurant with quality products the grilled prawns must be cleaned!!! Without cutting and with the intestine thread you can't see them! For the rest everything is good. Thanks

A really nice restaurant, with outdoor dining. We got a place inside at first but had the possibility to move out to the beautiful terrace. Service minded and kind personell. The portions are large. We ordered the “house Appitizer” for two people, and we were already full after it. We weren’t prepared that the dishes are so big and filling. Still 5 stars for the service and the food!

Very good and local food. The place was also very nice, a little noisy at times but doable. Unfortunately we had the feeling that the waiter hated us, when we ordered he looked at us with so much annoyance that we were anxious. With the table next to us he was very kind! Anyway, a 10 for memory, he remembered the order without writing it down, I hope he is doing university in the meantime. Overall recommended, I suggest trying the house appetizer, especially if you want to taste various typical things.

The quality of food is mediocre and so is the service. You cannot book at all, they make you wait outside until 8pm in a crowd of people. In my opinion this is a strategy to make you believe it’s a must go to place, but is more of a tourist trap.

Tuvimos una cena fantástica en Il Pinnacolo! El entorno dentro de un trullo tradicional es hermoso y atmosférico. Los platos locales eran frescos y llenos de sabor, especialmente el orecchiette y antipasti. Servicio amable, precios justos y un verdadero sabor de Apulia. Recomiendo encarecidamente reservar con antelación!

08/07/2025: An elegant basement restaurant in Locorotondo a short walk from the central plaza and public parking garage. A long and excellent wine list from which we were recommended a lovely puglian red. Our zucchini flower starter was delightful and the grilled sausages and veal cutlets that followed equally good. Excellent service throughout and a reasonable bill.
25/06/2025: The attentive service, the excellent food, the good wine, and the pleasant ambiance are all worth highlighting. A visit to Bina's is the culinary highlight of any stay in Locorotondo.

27/06/2025: We had a truly memorable dinner at Il Guazzetto in Monopoli. From start to finish, everything was beautifully prepared and thoughtfully presented. We began with the octopus carpaccio — thinly sliced, incredibly tender, and full of fresh, clean flavors. It set the perfect tone for what followed. Next, we enjoyed the seafood pasta with zucchini flowers, which was a real highlight. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the seafood generous and fresh, and the zucchini flowers added a subtle sweetness that tied the dish together wonderfully. We also tried the cuzzecchije pasta — a rustic local specialty — which had a satisfying handmade texture and a rich, comforting sauce that felt authentically Pugliese. We paired our meal with a crisp local Sauvignon wine, which brought out the best in the seafood dishes without overpowering them. To finish, the tiramisu was light, creamy, and delicately balanced — a sweet end to a superb meal. The atmosphere was relaxed but refined, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. The location, tucked into the heart of Monopoli’s charming old town, made the whole evening feel extra special. Highly recommended for anyone seeking fresh, honest seafood with local character and warm hospitality.
