A historic trattoria-restaurant-pizzeria in Legnano with a stunning exterior, perfect for the warmer months. The service is courteous and friendly, which is to be expected. The dishes are simple, average; the tiramisu is very good, and the fritto misto (mixed fried fish) could have been made with cleaned squid, removed from the cartilage, but overall, it's tasty and not too greasy. 3 stars, which could be 5 with a little more effort in selecting the ingredients and coordinating the dishes coming out of the kitchen, but all in all, it's worth it!

DINNER the MODE RESTAURANT

06/01/2026: Christmas dinner with the CrossFit studio I frequent; the food was absolutely delicious and well-made, and it's commendable that the kitchen is practically open to the public, a sign they really have nothing to hide. We were all a little disappointed that for the €45 we paid, we didn't get any dessert... considering it was a Christmas dinner, a slice of panettone with a dollop of Chantilly cream would have been enough to solve the problem, but... well, never mind. The location was very elegant, with live music for the first part of the evening, then replaced shortly thereafter by disco songs—questionable in my opinion. 😅

03/01/2026: I had already left a 5-star review 2 years ago, and today I'm reiterating the cleanliness of the place, the very friendly staff, and the excellent meal. Thanks to all the staff for remaining top-notch even after so long. Happy New Year!
22/12/2025: The food was very good. The pasta and the pizza was delicious. The waitress was all kind and very professional, her suggestions were a success
