My wife and I had lunch on January 4, 2026, at this lovely restaurant in the Venezia neighborhood of Livorno. From the moment we called to make a reservation, we immediately sensed the incredible transparency and professionalism. We were told they only had one table near the entrance, which we accepted; it was fine. We arrived and were greeted by a super kind and professional waiter. He listed the off-menu items for us and even gave us the prices (not every restaurant does). We ordered, and shortly thereafter, we were served with extreme kindness and competence. There was no need to ask for anything; the waiters observed discreetly; if the water ran out, they asked if you wanted more. We didn't worry about anything other than enjoying the delicious food. We received many small attentions during lunch. Today is Sunday and it's very busy, but everything runs like clockwork. You can see a lot of effort; all the waiters are competent and kind to the guests and to each other. The bill (which we'd asked for from the waiter) arrives along with our coffees. We notice yet another display of kindness and customer service. The host hands it to us, saying, "You asked for it, guys, right?" A positive experience, the food was excellent despite the restaurant being full. The waiters were always attentive and helpful. I recommend it. The bill isn't cheap, but it's perfectly in line with the quality of the food.

We went for lunch on New Year's Eve. Even though the place was packed, the service was excellent. The staff was friendly, and the manager was helpful and friendly. The cacciucco was excellent, as were the fried fish.

I had the pleasure of discovering this wonderful place way back in 2014. I must say that after several years, the place has been beautified, but the dishes have remained the same: unsurpassed and exceptional, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's wonderful to return after such a long time.

We went here tonight before boarding the ferry. This place was a pleasant surprise! Excellent food, delicious caciucco, and even the tuna steak was superb. Excellent restaurant that serves delicious seafood dishes. The Molo appetizer is very good and varied, and the cacciucco is mouth-watering 😋. The service is also excellent.
