A wonderful experience! While passing through L'Aquila and looking for a place for dinner, we immediately noticed this restaurant's excellent reviews. We decided to give it a try, and we weren't disappointed! The excellent selection of meats, displayed in full view, features a variety of breeds and ages, all explained by a knowledgeable waiter who will advise you on both your desired final flavor (more or less aged) and the type of marbling you'd like. We dined on the outdoor terrace, which offers a glimpse of the 99-spout fountain (it should be clearly visible once the construction work on the adjacent building is complete). The side dishes were also excellent, as was the wine selection. The price is reasonable and in line with the quality of the service and the dishes offered. Truly excellent; we had a great time being your guests!

We went for lunch. Overall, a positive experience. On the website, it says "cover charge - includes warm bread and a small welcome gift" - but I think the bread was yesterday's, and they didn't bring any welcome gifts! It's important in a restaurant where you spend a fortune to stay true to what you write; it's a sign of seriousness and professionalism. We had a tartare and a la foocina appetizer: the tartare was very good, but in the other appetizer, the sauces covered the flavor of the meats. In my opinion, they should have been served separately in small bowls, perhaps with a lemon wedge. First courses: chitarrina with a brown sauce and spectacular rib eye cream, definitely worth it, and gnocchi del fuoco lento, excellent, perhaps a little too greasy and definitely more suited to the cold season. €30 is too expensive, I think €20 would have been more reasonable. The waiters were kind, but the service took a bit too long: we skipped coffee and desserts: we came in at 1:00 PM, and left at 3:00 PM!

Cena alla Fuocìna di Emiliano e capisci subito che non sei in un semplice ristorante, ma in un tempio dedicato alla carne. Qui la brace non è solo cottura, è un rito. Ogni costata è selezionata con cura, maturata alla perfezione e servita con una maestria rara.
Il personale è preparato, appassionato e mai invadente: ti accompagna in un viaggio gastronomico dove ogni dettaglio è pensato per esaltare il sapore autentico della carne.
L’ambiente è elegante ma caldo, con un’atmosfera che invita a rilassarsi e godersi ogni morso. I dolci sono una sorpresa finale che completa l’esperienza, e la selezione di amari è degna di nota.
Un luogo dove tornare, non solo per mangiare bene, ma per vivere un momento speciale. Complimenti allo chef e a tutto il team!

Ritornati con amici dopo qualche mese è sempre una garanzia...antipasti di Kobe e costata di manzo (ampia la scelta) accompagnati da ottimo vino.
Perfetta la cottura della carne e ottimo il servizio.
Per gli amanti della carne una tappa fissa!
