Locale molto carino a due passi dalla fontana delle 99 cannelle, molto accogliente. Ottima la carne con grande scelta di tipologia e di frollatura. Molto buoni anche i primi. Ho trovato sfiziosa la schiacciata aglio olio e peperoncino. Personale molto gentile e preparato. Vale la visita.

Even the liquor is good! The starter (simple tartare) was good, the steak and side dishes were excellent! The glass of wine is also noteworthy. Fast but above all competent service in advising you on the various types of ribs and their cooking. Highly recommended.

Reviewing an experience in this restaurant is not easy, you risk being thought of as "exaggerated", but when Paolo welcomes you into his very elegant room, where the maturing/maturing meats are beautifully displayed, you understand that you are truly in an exaggerated place ! Exaggerated in everything, except... the price. Anyone who writes who has paid too much or a lot has evidently not fully perceived the quality of the food and all the work that goes into a dish. There is meat and meat and when Paolo explains the peculiarities of each piece you understand that you are dealing with a person who has turned his passion into a job. And when lunch (or dinner) begins, it's all a riot of flavors and sensations. And as far as I'm concerned, I believe that such evident attention and care for one's work certainly deserves particular appreciation. 5 stars to you, Paolo, and thanks again for your exquisite kindness, friendliness and professionalism.

Per gli amanti della carne ristorante consigliatissimo. C'è l'imbarazzo della scelta e Gianluca è bravissimo a guidarti con consigli in base alle vostre preferenze di sapori e al taglio della carne.
