Sometimes you discover places by chance, and "La fuocina di Emiliano" was a very pleasant discovery. A selection of meat of the highest level, expertly prepared on the grill, trained staff, and it is a non-obvious aspect, increasingly overlooked by many managers, the very beautiful, refined and very clean place. An experience definitely worth repeating.

We chose this place convinced by the proposal of meat cooked on charcoal, prepared in compliance with the rules of barbecue cooking, and we were not disappointed. We were welcomed by the very kind Paolo who explained, advised and accompanied us on this evening of tasting, he was never pressured on the proposals, leaving us freedom in choosing the dishes. Although offering a complete menu, the proposal is centered on the meat which is the absolute protagonist of the menu, we chose a New York Strip from Rubia Gallega, it was cooked to perfection remaining tender inside and with a delicious crust on both sides, which is not easy as it is a cut of meat with little fat and easy to harden. The dinner was completed by an excellent appetizer of ham and focaccia and side dishes of baked potatoes and turnip tops. All good both in cooking and in flavor and in the right quantities. The price is a little above average, however considering the significant cost of the raw materials the bill is absolutely in line with the quality of the food, the skill in preparing it and the welcoming and well-kept place. A beautiful experience, to be repeated when you desire an evening full of taste and a pleasant and quiet location.

Soft and tasty meat, right portions that also leave room for all the dishes including the very good homemade desserts! Locale molto carino a due passi dalla fontana delle 99 cannelle, molto accogliente. Ottima la carne con grande scelta di tipologia e di frollatura. Molto buoni anche i primi. Ho trovato sfiziosa la schiacciata aglio olio e peperoncino. Personale molto gentile e preparato. Vale la visita.

La sera di capodanno ho prenotato all’ultimo e il proprietario,nonostante il ristorante al completo ha trovato un posto per noi,personale cordiale e gentile,prezzi adeguati alla qualità del cibo che viene offerto,alta qualità della carne,che dire..abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo stati bene,torneremo sicuramente!!
