Per gli amanti della carne ristorante consigliatissimo. C'è l'imbarazzo della scelta e Gianluca è bravissimo a guidarti con consigli in base alle vostre preferenze di sapori e al taglio della carne. Consigliatissimo il filetto alla Stroganoff, buonissimo con esaltazione di tutti i sapori. Personale gentilissimo e locale ben curato. Se siete all'Aquila ve lo consiglio

This restaurant was an unexpected surprise.... Interesting choice on the menu and excellent products once served, a real delight for the palate, very well-stocked wine cellar with a wide choice. We will definitely return to Aquila if we return. Greetings from Clelia, Lucia and Vincenzo.

Wonderful experience for those who love meat and more, top location and courtesy, then the selection, preparation, presentation, cooking of the meat is fantastic. We were welcomed and pampered until the end. Congratulations to all the staff for a wonderful evening.

Pleasant place in a quiet area. Very friendly and helpful staff straight away. We opted for a good quality first course and an equally good quality dessert. I would really like to go back to try their meat because they have a list of cuts and breeds that will make your head spin... not to mention the Kobe Wagyu!!!

15/12/2024: Amazing way to spend the afternoon! Fine wine, excellent service. The kind I have given in the service industry for 30 years, I can now experience for myself! Grazie!
02/10/2024: I found a beautiful environment that smelled of clean air despite being indoors.....welcomed by kind staff from the waiter Bruno to the sommelier who I don't remember his name....of a high standard....not to mention the chef and what a chef... kind, open to conversation with his customers but above all a chef that I have never found until now... his dishes well designed to excite the customer and his palate. I had an appetizer and a second course...obviously also dessert. Beautiful experience and we will not miss another visit to this place.

05/08/2024: Small but very nice and well-kept place, without overdoing it. All excellent dishes with original and delicate flavours. Portions made not to make up for quality with quantity but to enhance the latter. As a first course, the "homage to sheep's milk" and as a second course, wild boar are dishes not to be missed. The wine chosen as "house" is excellent but don't be fooled by this wording "unpretentious", on the contrary it has many!!
27/07/2024: Tonight we had dinner in this spectacular place, both from the point of view of the atmosphere and from the point of view of the food. A varied menu, with refined and genuine recipes at the same time. The vegetables with which the bruschetta were seasoned were tasty and evidently fresh from the garden. Tasty first courses, stew and delicious stuffed chicken. An excellent wine to top it all off. Attention from the nice and friendly owner throughout the dinner. A highly recommended restaurant to which we will definitely return.
