Now a fixed stop when I go to Umbria. A gathering place also for a good beer (very wide choice, even sour beers which are usually unobtainable) and an excellent choice of wines. The beagles are fantastic especially the salmon one! Always delicious roasts! The owners and the waitress are always smiling and ready to exchange jokes! Francesco, who always recommends excellent wines and thinks about cooking the dishes, is truly hilarious and friendly. I highly recommend!!
