Despite some issues with the pizzas, I want to applaud the pizza chef who came to the table to apologize and show his face, which is uncommon these days. A true gentleman.

Everything was excellent...from the customer service to the Excellent food. All the fish...exquisite ravioli...topped with a very delicate sauce and a special fried fish. Excellent house dessert: classic tiramisu and also pistachio. I recommend everyone to go. Because it's truly worth it.

A quick lunch in Gavi after my wife and I visited the beautiful fort this morning. Having been unable to find a table at the trattoria we'd planned, a passerby recommended this place just outside the historic center. Since the fixed-price menu (15 euros) didn't have anything that appealed to us, we had lunch à la carte, ordering gnocchi with pesto and ravioli with ragu, washed them down with a bottle of beer. Large portions, good pesto, and the ravioli weren't bad either. Service was quick and courteous. The restroom, however, was in a rather run-down condition, with a door that wouldn't close. The final bill was 31 euros, with a cover charge of 1.50, as per the attached receipt.

21/12/2025: We ended up having dinner, almost by chance, with friends to celebrate Christmas, and we rediscovered the "Tunon" of yesteryear. A historic restaurant, well-known in the province since the 1970s, it has always promoted traditional Piedmontese cuisine, embracing the culinary trends of the last 50 years through their ups and downs. Now we find ourselves appreciating traditional cuisine expertly revisited, creating flavorful yet delicate dishes made with quality ingredients combined with meticulous attention to plating. The restaurant has remained as up-to-date as ever, well-kept and clean. Service is prompt, friendly, and helpful. Convenient parking nearby. Recommended for an excellent Piedmontese lunch or dinner, featuring agnolotti, tagliolini, and gnocchi drowned in mushrooms, stew, or Castelmagno cheese, after enjoying appetizers like veal with tuna sauce, Russian salad, and minced meat... the main courses and desserts are unmissable!!!

18/03/2026: A bold restaurant on the outside with an aggressive sign... and a nice name, LA PANZA PIENA (FULL PANTY). Normal restaurant, portions aren't particularly generous. A bit pricey considering the area... Ample servings. To be confirmed... so I'll be back soon.
15/03/2026: Exceptional cuisine, welcoming and warm atmosphere, from the first to the last dish on the menu they are the bomb
