We eat very well. The pizza is acceptable, little variety I would say. Renovated and really beautiful place, essential and elegant. kind waiters, for me it's home.

We stumbled across it by chance because we didn't know where to go for dinner since we didn't know the area but it was an excellent choice, the food was delicious, the pizza also said by a Neapolitan and what stupid me the most was the bill, there were 7 of us and we expected to pay a lot but absolutely not. Ps it's very clean if we ever return we will go there again.

Su consiglio di un amico, decidiamo di cenare in questo ristorante situato sul lungomare di Paola. Diciamo subito che la terrazza a ridosso del mare è molto carina e invitante. E anche le nostre scelte culinarie ci hanno ampiamente soddisfatto. La degustazione di pesce buona, mentre eccellente si è rivelata la zuppa di cozze e vongole che, a dispetto della calura, abbiamo degustato con apprezzamento. Così come si è rivelata ottima la scelta dello spaghetto aglio peperoncino e gambero rosso. Prezzo onestissimo. e allora vi domanderete, perché quattro palline e non cinque? Perché forse un sorriso da parte di colei che ha preso la comanda, lo avremmo gradito e apprezzato. Ci vuole anche questo per raggiungere l'eccellenza.

I haven't been to the Hotel Il Castello, but I have been to the lido. The Lido offers an enchanting location directly on the sea, giving guests a breathtaking view and a relaxing atmosphere. The sometimes welcoming and attentive staff contribute to creating a positive experience, ensuring impeccable service.
The variety and quality of the gastronomic offer are unquestionable, with fresh and well-presented dishes that satisfy the most demanding palates. However, during peak periods, crowding could compromise the tranquility of the experience, while some like me might find the prices slightly high compared to other beaches in the area.
One point on which the Lido could improve is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and common areas, to guarantee an even more comfortable experience for its guests. Despite these small aspects that can be improved, the Lido Il Castello Di Paola remains an excellent choice for those looking for a relaxing day at the seaside in a welcoming and evocative atmosphere.

My experience was that of hospitality for meals: at lunch and dinner, several times; I therefore had the opportunity to try many of the dishes included in the list, always taking into account the excellent advice of those who served us. Excellent service, excellent raw materials, good choice of wines and good temperatures, very fresh fish expertly cooked and presented in a polite way, suited to a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere: immersed in the sun and sea of Paola, and in an air-conditioned environment. The service is courteous and punctual. A very pleasant experience to be repeated and highly recommended.

Serata in famiglia con vista mare. Pizza non eccellente, ma con buona lievitazione e buoni ingredienti. Non è l’impasto napoletano, ma più basso e con bordo croccante. Apprezzabile l’invito a non fumare nelle aree esterne, segnalato con appositi avvisi..peccato poi che siano proprio membri dello staff a fumare sigarette il cui fumo, con la corrente, pervade l’intera veranda. Personale gentile, servizio non velocissimo.

Well-kept and air-conditioned internal room. Service that pays little attention to customers' needs, as you have to reach out to call the waiters. Average pizzas and acceptable fish dishes. Unfortunately we are not there with the prices: it is excessive to charge a cover charge when you dine on a table outside without even a placemat and with paper napkins. Outside there are ceiling fans but inexplicably turned off despite the 35 degrees and the heat. I wouldn't go back despite the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea.
