Excellent experience at the Ideale restaurant in Alessandria. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, especially Kalet, who gave us a warm welcome and communicated with us in perfect Spanish. The food was sublime - the 4 cheese risotto was creamy and delicious, and the porchetta with fries was a perfect combination. We accompany our dishes with an excellent house white wine. To finish, the desserts were equally impressive: the crème brûlée and the chocolate flan were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and elegant, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. We definitely recommend the Ideale restaurant and are already planning our next visit.

Excellent pizzeria and restaurant with friendly staff. I recommend spaghetti in foil, seafood appetizer and mixed fried food.

I went there for dinner. Helpful staff and clean environment. We got pizza. Honestly, it didn't happen, it didn't happen! The pizza, in my case ham and mushrooms, had hard and not crunchy dough. The dough needs to be reviewed a bit.
