We were so lucky to find this wonderful restaurant. Food was delicious and the wine even more amazing. The restaurant is comfortable with a lovely atmosphere and the service very professional and welcoming. We each had the onion soup and mushroom soup and for seconds the nonna Ella meatballs and stracotto. For dessert the cioccolatissimo and millefoglio pistacchio.

A wonderful evening spent enjoying good food and the charm and warmth of a truly fabulous location! To top it all off, the host was courteous, friendly, and extremely kind, and gave us the best advice possible! We'll definitely be back, and highly recommend it!

A wonderful experience! The owner explained the quality of the products he would use to prepare the dishes and even recommended an excellent wine (truly among the best in Italy)!
I had a mouth-watering chickpea and chestnut soup; it was quite cold that evening, so it was a real treat for this, too.
We finished with a truly delicious local amaro.
We'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!!!

A delicious discovery! A warm and welcoming place where you can feel the history. Owners Chiara and Fabio welcomed us warmly. We savored gourmet cuisine featuring typical Umbrian dishes, masterfully reinterpreted by Chiara, the chef. A sensory discovery that took us on a haute cuisine journey of food and wine. I was in Assisi last weekend with my boyfriend and we stumbled upon this restaurant while wandering the streets. Thanks to the owner's advice, who was very friendly and kind, we had a typical Umbrian culinary experience. We ordered fried artichokes and scrambled meat as appetizers, and for main courses, Norcina and an off-menu first course with creamed broccoli, bacon, and pecorino cheese. To round out our meal, we ordered a chocolate cake.
The restaurant is rustic, with limited seating, making it very welcoming.
