Incredible food! We came 3 times during our stay in Tuscany and everything on the menu was exceptional. Couple who run the place bought it last year, and they are on to a winner. Nice patio, nice indoors, nice bathrooms, friendly service (English/spanish/italian). Menu in English and Italian. Free parking right in front or down a nearby side street. I loved the ambience sitting on the balcony. We were getting tired of the exact same food on every menu in the region, and this offered authentic Tuscan food at a higher quality and a little different to everything else we ate here. Great value for money, too! Seriously the best steak, best antipasti, best pasta, best fries we ate all vacation. Can’t say enough good things. Try the Ribollita - unbelievable Tuscan veg stew/soup. This place is a must!!! We need to get Guy Fieri out here!

Dietro la segnalazione della struttura ricettizia che ci ospitava abbiamo avuto il piacere di recarci presso questa trattoria che già all’ingresso sprizza di pulizia ed ordine. La cucina tipica della zona del Chianti è da apprezzare per la semplicità degli ingredienti e per la raffinatezza di come questi ultimi vengono assemblati. Esperienza molto positiva che consiglio a chiunque volesse provare una simile esperienza. Complimenti !

10/01/2025: My husband and I had dinner in this restaurant last January 5th and we were lucky enough to have the place just for us. It was a magical evening to say the least, because the waiter Riccardo, of a more unique than rare kindness, had prepared a table for us right in front of the lit fireplace and guided us with preparation and skill to taste the delicious dishes. In fact, the menu follows Lorenza De' Medici's original recipes, based on Tuscan tradition and local food but with combinations of particular and precious flavours. Praise here goes to chef Gianluca Di Virgilio, who made us savor beetroot ravioli stuffed with goat cheese, cappellacci made with fresh truffle pasta and pecorino fondue, braised beef cheek with cocoa sauce and spring onions and other exquisite delicacies we have never tried Before. Thank you so much for everything, despite the distance we will try to return as soon as possible!
02/01/2025: El entorno es precioso y visitamos con grandes expectativas después de haber leído las críticas. Sin embargo, nos pareció que la comida era bastante decepcionante y el servicio distraído en el mejor de los casos. Como resultado le dimos el postre y los cafés una falta. Quizá fue una noche libre. El restaurante estaba lleno, así que esto también podría tener un impacto.
