Stopped by chance after a walk in Francavilla we took 1 spaghetti with seafood... and I must say it was excellent... plain with fresh fish and top taste... we will be back

During a pleasantly casual evening, I came across the Florio Pizzeria Restaurant in Francavilla al Mare, a true gem on the seafront. Without particular expectations, I let myself be tempted by a classic menu, but with truly original details. The pizza, with a perfectly leavened Neapolitan dough, was soft and light. But what made this experience unforgettable was the abundance and quality of the ingredients. On top of a perfect base, I found myself savoring a selection of mixed fish appetizers that transformed this pizza into a gastronomic masterpiece. Each bite was an explosion of flavours, balanced with skill and freshness. From the tender octopus to the crispy calamari, each ingredient was prepared with an attention to detail that demonstrates the chef's passion for quality. The service was impeccable, with welcoming staff attentive to every detail, making the evening even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return to relive this delightful experience.

Vi har tidligere besøgt Ristorante Pizzeria Florio og nydt et par pizzaer, som var rigtig gode. Denne aften ville vi prøve restaurantens fiskeretter, og det var en stor oplevelse. Vi kan anbefale Florios forret Antipasto Mare "Florio", som består af 5 kolde fiskeretter og 4 varme. Virkelig lækkert. Derefter bestilte vi en fisketallerken med 4 grillede slags fisk, og min hustru vaglte dagens fisk, som var en Orata grillet på lavasten. Også høj kvalitet. Til maden nød vi den lokale hvidvin Pecorino, der havde en krydret tørhed, der passede perfekt til alle retterne. Betjeningen var sød og opmærksom.

Abbiamo mangiato da Florio durante la nostra vacanza in Abruzzo. Il locale si raggiunge facilmente sul lungomare e, nonostante il periodo, non ci sono stati problemi per il parcheggio. Abbiamo scelto ilmenu degustazione pesce e, anche se le porzioni possono apparire limitate, alla fine della degustazione ci si sente assolutamente sazi. Abbiamo mangiato bene! Unica pecca, posti limitati all'interno e mangiare all'aperto con il caldo non è il massimo.
