During our vacation, grandparents, children, and grandchildren we had lunch and dinner several times in Val di Fleres. They were very welcoming. We had a 3-year-old son, a one-month-old daughter, and my husband was in a cast, so it was difficult to get around. They always gave us a place that was comfortable for us. The menu was excellent, from appetizers to desserts, the latter truly sublime! I highly recommend it ♥️

We spontaneously reserved a table and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. The food was very good, and in addition to the extensive menu, there were numerous daily specials. The pizza was amazing! Many thanks to the very attentive staff!

I haven't had such a delicious pizza in a long time. The restaurant has a beautiful interior and clean restrooms. It's run by a very hospitable family; I'm still happy to see such friendly family businesses these days.

Characteristic menu, I ate deer liver for the first time... I KNOW IT'S FABULOUS!!! Everything else exceeded expectations. Excellent value for money.

Siamo stati due sere e in tutte due le occasioni abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Risotto connfinferli eccezionale. La seconda sera siamo tornati perché mia figlia voleva mangiarlo. Piatti tirolesi super e anche la trota era spettacolare, senza tralasciare i dolci. Servizio rapido in un bellissimo locale. Prezzi nella norma per la qualità servita. Consigliato.

Di passaggio durante un viaggio di rientro dall'estero mi sono fermato con amici per pranzare. Il personale è stato super gentile e molto veloce nel farci accomodare e portarci da mangiare. Premetto che abbiamo mangiato tutti la pizza e anche molto molto buona (consiglio la pizza "Principessa" fantastica)...non abbiamo potuto assaporare il servizio di cucina per mancanza di tempo,ma se rispecchia la pizza immagino che sia top. I prezzi sono molto buoni in linea con altri locali, pertanto seppur toccata e fuga è stato un pranzo piacevole.

Trattoria Tschigg

24/08/2025: We cycled up from Lana on our bikes without an E. Arriving at Tschigg, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly innkeeper, who was both a chef and a waiter. The meal of Kaiserschmarren (sweet pancakes) and noodle soup was delicious 😋 The view is wonderful. The stop was worth every drop of sweat; we'd gladly return.
05/08/2025: A place where everything just fits! The host was exceptionally friendly and welcomed us with genuine South Tyrolean warmth. The selection of dishes was diverse – from hearty classics to seasonal specialties. My personal highlight: the freshly picked chanterelle mushrooms with tagliatelle pasta – an absolute delight! The taste was incomparable – intense, aromatic, and natural. You can taste the love and skill that goes into the cooking here. Plus, a unique view over the valley – simply stunning. Whether for a stop after a hike or as a destination for a relaxing break: highly recommended!
