I've known this place for a long time. I've brought family, friends, and colleagues, and we've always been satisfied. Whether you're in the area or, like us, often visit Carole, don't waste your money on places in the historic center. They've all changed management. For years now, they've been run by unprofessional staff, with poor quality, catering to Nordic tourists, and, alas, inexperienced...unfortunately. Take a trip to Eden; the excellent quality, professional, friendly service make this historic place the best in the area. Try it, and like us, you'll definitely return. A special thanks to the young waitress, who is much more than just a waitress; her knowledge and courtesy have become rare. I speak as a staff manager. Well done 👍 💪

A 5-star restaurant, everything was sublime, from the reception to the service, to the courtesy and expertise of all the staff. The dishes, all fish-based, were served and explained impeccably. The quality is truly top-notch. My wife and I were there, and we had everything from appetizers to dessert, everything was magnificent. Truly excellent...my compliments to everyone!

I had a wonderful meal at this seafood restaurant. As a seafood restaurant, there's nothing wrong with it. The staff cares about their customers and is very attentive. The menu is varied and I think it can satisfy everyone. The price is absolutely reasonable. The place is simple, charming, and very well-kept. I highly recommend it!

Those times when lunch becomes a memory. At Eden, we didn't just eat well: we felt welcomed. The service was attentive, cheerful, and natural, the kind that makes you relax and truly enjoy the moment. The fish speaks for itself: the highest quality, evident freshness, clean and respectful flavors, never forced. Each dish arrives with balance and care, and accompanies you from start to finish without a single step out of place. You can sense the passion, you can sense the experience, you can sense the love for the raw materials. We left feeling like we'd experienced something beautiful, not just had a good lunch. Eden is one of those places you'll gladly return to, and where you already know you'll have a great time.

We went here for my in-laws' 50th wedding reception. It was truly delicious—the food, the service, and the organization. Truly remarkable. My only regret was having a small stomach and not being able to fully enjoy the last few dishes!

We dined at this wonderful restaurant at the recommendation of a Caorle shopkeeper...we were amazed by the hospitality, kindness, a welcoming atmosphere, the excellent and professional service, the delicious dishes, and above all, the fresh fish, plated with art and poetry. The place is very well-kept down to the last detail, the staff and owners are kind and very professional, the dishes are top-notch, and you can taste that the raw materials are of excellent quality.

Beautiful location, friendly and knowledgeable staff, who know how to recommend and describe the food and pair it with wines—something that's not so common these days. We shared a cod appetizer, in three versions: one regular, one with coffee, and the other—I honestly don't remember, but all three were very good and delicate, especially the coffee one. We had two scoglie, two desserts, one water, and a glass of prosecco, and paid €80. I highly recommend it. The restaurant has ample parking.
