Excellent restaurant, a regular destination for us on every holiday. The staff is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable, even during the busy August holiday week. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Speed and courtesy are among their strengths.
The pizzas that Paolo and Lara make in the evening are also thin and delicious. Thank you again for this summer of 2023!!!
p.s. To customers with pets who feel like they're being punished! because they're seated in the small room facing the counter, I recommend reading the regulations regarding this (in the photo section).

It's always nice to return to Edelweiss. Typical Brembana cuisine, smiling service, a relaxed approach, and top-notch desserts. It's truly a wonderful place!

We spent a week's vacation in Santa Brigida and have been guests at this restaurant several times, always with great satisfaction. Lara and Paolo are passionate about their work and, in addition to the menu, always offer seasonal specials. We were lucky enough to try the potato gnocchi with black chanterelles (when will we ever get another chance?), the taragna with venison was remarkable, and the pizzas were also delicious. Courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness aren't on the menu, but they were never lacking and left us with fond memories. The girls in the dining room were kind and courteous.

A trattoria serving typical Bergamo and Lombard dishes, where you can eat excellently and affordably.
I've been both for the Fungolandia event, with a menu naturally centered around mushrooms, and on a Sunday, and both times I had a great time.
The owners make you feel at home, and that's an added bonus for me.
