Wow! Wow! I ordered three pizzas, and they were so quick to bring everything to me. I ordered a Margherita and put a little spicy oil on top. I think I've never had such a good pizza! Truly delicious. Afterwards, I ordered fries, which were also incredibly good compared to the incident I had last year. Truly excellent service and, above all, excellent food.

Whether it's a pizza with family or friends, or a lunch after a hike up Mount Avaro, it never disappoints! The pizzas are thin, well-cooked, and offer a decent variety to choose from. The tourist menu offers traditional and delicious first and second courses. In both cases, leave room for dessert; the homemade ones are a must-try! The tastefully decorated dining room, the more than fair bill, and the kindness and courtesy of the owners and staff add value. Edelweiss is a must-visit!

I went on Sunday for a family lunch, having no idea what the place was like, but I have to say it was a wonderful surprise. Excellent food and friendly staff. I've been vacationing in the valley for years, but I've never found a place like this. I'll definitely be back as soon as I can.

So we've been going to this restaurant consistently for a year now Let me start by saying: I don't eat pizza because I don't like it but I've had it here twice. Light and digestible. The bread is obviously homemade. By now we have tried almost all the agreements and they are all a pleasant discovery Advise Gnocchi Tagliatelle Mushrooms Besides the stew To polenta Followed by tiramisu (one of the best I've ever eaten) and the tart (spectacular). The place is really nice and I also like the young service!

01/08/2025: I'll start by saying that I've been going there every now and then for several years (despite being several kilometers away), and the traditional pizza by the slice remains unique. 😝 I happened to try the fried fresh calamari by chance... I was so thrilled by the fragrance and tenderness of this dish that I wanted to return this evening with my daughters to confirm that... it remains the best fried food in the valley... I never imagined a traditional pizzeria would have such a tasty and generous amount of fried food. I will definitely return with friends who appreciate this type of dish. Congratulations.
29/07/2025: A unique but good thick pizza. The problem is the portions: one slice is too small, and two are too many. The staff is friendly. The place is a bit noisy. Reservations recommended.
