14/01/2025: Quality food, family environment, traditional location, trattoria on the hills of Bologna, very interesting, the centenary history of the family that has always been present in the area, the 98 year old grandmother who is still in the kitchen, Luca kind in the dining room with customers, a must try. Prices not low, but medium high.
10/01/2025: I booked for two people and we ordered two very good first courses and two desserts which, despite the good flavour, were on a counter without a cover or at least a fridge to store them properly. The owner confesses to us that that day they were undecided whether or not to open the restaurant, and perhaps that's why on the table next to us there was a nice rolled fresh pasta spread, without even a cloth on top to protect it, because the table was near the kitchen door and in the corridor to reach the bathroom, so many people passed by it.... in my opinion the hygiene standards have failed.... what if someone passes by and sneezes? But regardless, you can't see something like this in a restaurant. I want to say a good word for the waiter who was always very kind, unlike the owners who started arguing animatedly in the kitchen, and you could hear everything in the room! Then lunch plus show. It's a shame because we didn't have a bad meal, but the atmosphere didn't completely convince us and I don't think I would go back.
