The buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto pizza was amazing. The owner even showed me the special packaging for the San Marzano tomato sauce, which was incredibly easy to digest.

The Derby pizzeria in Vipiteno is a welcoming and versatile establishment. In addition to pizza, which is the core of the menu, Derby serves local and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant has ample free parking.

We had dinner on a Friday night; the place was quite busy, and we waited about half an hour.
The pizzas were neither good nor bad. I liked the solina dough, and I digested the pizza well, but I found it very salty. The other pizza also had a similar dough.
The atmosphere was very nice and welcoming, although the only downside was the €2 coffee, which I thought was overpriced, but whatever.

It was a couple's evening, and we decided to go to Derby for dinner before the movie.
The pizza was excellent, both in terms of the selection and the quality... and we loved it.
The cod, which was one of the specials of the day, was also truly delicious.
We tried a beer recommended on the menu, and it was an excellent choice.
On the downside, the atmosphere was too cold! Of course, I've found this to be a common practice in many places in recent months. It saves money, it saves the environment, but eating in a jacket is certainly not pleasant.

I have to say that I was pleased with the service, both from the young, fast but friendly staff. I ordered a Margherita with a prosciutto. The prosciutto was high-quality and plentiful. The prices are really good. Personally, I don't like eating with people; it's too noisy, so I try to stay in the small room on the right, where the cash register and the oven are. I recommend trying it on weekends, if possible. It's best to book. Hope this helps.

Pozza is truly delicious! The dough is soft and easy to digest. Excellent selection of flavors on the menu, as well as a few off-menu options. Fast service and very friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Good value for money.
