The restaurant is modern and well-maintained, yet retains the soul of a true trattoria, where the real focus is on good food and a warm welcome. The added bonus is the spacious outdoor space, surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of nature, just steps from the charming village of Sant'Andrea di Conza. An experience I highly recommend, both for those who want to rediscover traditional flavors and for those who want to spend a few hours relaxing in a pleasant setting.

The pizza is excellent, but the real masterclass is the "cannazze con la braciola," something truly exquisite. Of course, the other first and second courses are also highly recommended, but these remain my favorites. The service is average and the price is reasonable. Plus, Chef Giovanni (whose photo was taken with the Teora team) is truly top-notch, super kind and friendly!

Eating the cannazze and the involtini reminded me of the authentic flavors of our cuisine... Congratulations on everything else, too.
