The atmosphere is sad and too spartan, while the food is excellent, simple but well prepared on the grill. Prices a little higher than a few months ago are not justified.

A place you want to come back to! We ate here almost every day (we visited Santa Margherita for the third time last year) and each time we were delighted - both with the delicious food, from appetizers to the main course and wine, and with the warm, family atmosphere. The service is always smiling, the dishes are tasty and prepared with heart, and the prices are very affordable. I highly recommend it to everyone who appreciates a homely atmosphere (a lot of locals eat there) and a real culinary feast! Pizza is delicious!!!

I was in Santa Margherita Ligure for work and we stopped for lunch. I had trofie with pesto and I must say that they were really good, perfect cooking, friendly and helpful staff, normal atmosphere.

06/05/2025: Myself, my partner and our 1 and a half year old baby returned to this beautiful restaurant. The welcome, availability and kindness of the owner are super. The dishes are carefully prepared, plentiful and made with excellent quality raw materials. The menu is varied and there was also a list of seasonal off-menu items. Too bad we couldn't taste more than we ate.

29/04/2025: I had read comments that they made good sandwiches and especially good burgers. You know, in the vast world of burgers you can hear all sorts of things. In a hurry I wanted to try it to take home. Meanwhile they ask you first the degree of doneness of the meat, when has this ever been heard of. The basic burger has 200g plus salad and cheese. Then add. I added caramelized onions and gherkins. Well shit, the gherkins were comparable to Zuccato (for the unfamiliar the best in jars and of various sizes), crunchy, full. Real onions, homemade and good. Everything top quality. I don't like to be an absolutist but I have to say the best burger I ate in Genoa (just so as not to exaggerate).
