On our way back from Cherasco, my family and I came across this restaurant/pizzeria which reminds us of the legendary 80s, but I was amazed by the goodness of the pizza, the friendliness of the staff and the value for money. I highly recommend it

My husband and I stopped by by chance and had a delicious pizza. The owners were very kind, the prices very low, despite the high quality. Simple environment but it feels really good. The pizza, as mentioned, was delicious!

Stopped for lunch we ate good pizzas and really low prices. I don't understand who posted reviews saying high prices, where can they find margherita pizza for less than Eu 5.00 like here? Clean, informal place.

It starts with the minefield at the entrance, a small rustic gift to make you feel immediately at home, a ROULANT carpet for fitness enthusiasts, lovers of the contrast between cold pizza and hot beer, Louis XV tapestry, draft beer (Peroni), 3 Michelin star bruschetta , pizzas ALMOST on request, pizzeria associated with the dental practice in Bra, highly updated spicy oil-sharing system. The only applause goes to the waitress Alessia for her kindness and availability for her sadly failed attempt at free bitters. Eco-friendly on payment.

12/03/2025: La Trattoria del Commercio is a memorable place. We are not talking about starred restaurants, but about the ancient inns of the past. Fresh, simple, traditional dishes, made with local raw materials, You will find veal with tuna sauce, raw meat, delicious local salami, and don't miss the snails if you like them: you will never find them as good as these again. And the Castelmagno gnocchi? Amazing. The second courses are also excellent, if you can get there. Homemade desserts: I recommend the bunet. Spending for two without wine: €56. But please always book, the place is small, they can't work miracles. But it is absolutely worth trying if you love traditional cuisine and slightly retro (but clean and tidy) environments. It is one of my favorite places.

06/05/2025: A very elegant place, the menu a little different from usual: traditional Piedmontese dishes with hints from all over the world. It was a great experience, excellent food and top service. We met the Chef with whom we had a chat, very nice and passionate.
03/05/2025: We had lunch with friends and Valeria welcomed us kindly and professionally. Chef available in empty moments Excellent food Clean and welcoming location Definitely coming back
