We went for dinner today, there were 4 of us! We had already come once before and like the first time we had a great time and we were on the safe side!☺️ Excellent food quality! My favorite course was the tuna tartar😍😍 After ordering the coffee they brought us to the table a surprise bag offered by them with some delicious chestnuts inside 😍 Super tasted and appreciated gesture ❤️ Courteous and helpful staff ❤️ See you soon ❤️

We ate a very good first course of pasta. The waitress then got a little irritated because we didn't order the second one since we were already full... Oh well. Medium/high prices.

We returned to Giancarlo's after staying there last year and I must say that our expectations were not disappointed. It is confirmed as one of the best restaurants in Pula both for the quality of the food and the impeccable service. Menu with various seafood specialties, not the usual dishes found in all restaurants. The wine list is also good. It's not a cheap restaurant but it's worth going if you want to eat well

We had dinner at this restaurant trying their seafood risotto, really excellent! The staff leaves the tray at the table so they can consume the excess product in peace! Really much appreciated! Very kind and prepared staff. Retro furniture

Cenato due sere nella stessa settimana. Pesce ottimo (SanPietro di 1 kg, buonissimo). Spaghetti conditi con trito di gamberi e aragosta mantecato con bottarga: buonissimo. Calamari alla griglia ottimi. Cameriere gentilissime, ed efficientissime, sempre presenti.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und durchaus überrascht von der Grösse des Lokals, welches im Inneren von zwei großen Stützen aus Holzringen dominiert wird. Das tut dem Ambiente gut und wirkt optisch gelungen. Die Speisekarte ist umfangreich und 80% auf Meeresfrüchte und Fisch ausgelegt. Wir hatten sehr guten Räucherlachs, Tagliatelle Vernaccia und Pesce Spada mit frischen Bratkartoffeln, alles top. Einzig das Filetto di Manzo war durchgebraten statt medium (man sollte in einem Fischrestaurant eben beim Fisch bleiben). Gestört hat uns der zwar schnell und freundlich, aber hektisch und laut agierende Service. Ebenso die viel zu schnelle Abfolge ohne Pause zwischen den Gängen. Insgesamt aber ok.

A really great restaurant that offers a variety of dishes. Of course it is a starting point for both Sardinians and tourists. The only thing I think is a shame is that small changes are being made to traditional dishes like maloreddus, even though the classic version has not become an absolute characteristic of the island for nothing. A visit is mandatory every time on vacation. Really great service and the price is right.

09/12/2024: Restaurant in Via Regina Margherita, discovered by chance while wandering around Cagliari, but finding a place where not only did one eat very well with dishes different from the usual such as excellent grilled cod with a side of baked potatoes, but also experiencing excellent service and elegant but above all welcoming place managed with great kindness and professionalism by Mrs. Roberta. Definitely recommended and to return to spend another pleasant evening. Appropriate expense compared to what you ate.

28/01/2025: The atmosphere is relaxing, welcoming and warm, also thanks to the choice of furniture which varies from a simple and homely style to a more bizarre and extravagant one, with bicycles and table football hanging on the wall! I ate very well, the dishes are very tasty and refined: you can find both international (even Asian) and traditional dishes, often with local, zero-mile products. I was surprised by the chefs' ability to bring out the flavors and enhance the raw materials. Despite this, the prices are not as exaggerated as one would expect nowadays. I find that they perfectly reflect the quality of the raw materials and the commitment of the staff. The portions are right, and, despite having had three dishes, I left the restaurant full and satisfied, not at all weighed down. The menu changes approximately every two weeks and they have all types of options (vegetarian/vegan/omnivore). The guys in the room were super welcoming and impeccable in their service ♥️ I will definitely go back
14/12/2024: Vintage place, in the center, but in a quiet place, very welcoming, almost like going back in time... kind staff and genuine, tasty food with a wide selection of wines... Must try.
