If you're tired of the usual pizzas and are looking for a culinary experience that focuses entirely on quality, this is the place for you. What truly sets this pizzeria apart from the crowd is the obsessive attention to the ingredients. You can clearly sense, from the first bite, their constant pursuit of excellence. They don't use "standard" ingredients, but truly top-quality products. Given the name "I Bufali," expectations for the dairy products were incredibly high, and they were far exceeded: the buffalo mozzarella was simply breathtaking, fresh, flavorful, and with the perfect texture. But that's not all: from the tomato (which tastes like real tomatoes!) to the raw EVOO, to the cured meats used for the toppings, every single element on the plate screamed freshness and authenticity. It's all supported by a light and perfectly digestible dough, which provides the perfect backdrop without ever overpowering the flavors of the ingredients.
