30/09/2025: I ordered a cake for my son's baptism, and I must say that the owner and his staff were immediately very attentive to my requests and were happy to fulfill them as best they could (even though I was there on a Sunday, which meant I had a lot of work to do). The cake was delicious and light!

08/02/2026: For a fixed-price lunch, be sure to ask for Paniscia as your first course, a typical Novara dish made with rice, cabbage, celery, and finely chopped cured meats. Circolo della Paniscia is a prime spot for sampling and enjoying authentic local products. In the evening, dinner is served à la carte.
