AIC certified premises. Excellent gluten-free pizza, very good, light and delicious dough. In addition to pizza, it offers a vast menu with other gluten-free choices, both first and second courses and desserts. Excellent value for money.
It offers ample parking, the location inside is very well-kept and spacious.
The only thing to improve, in my opinion, is the service... My pizza arrived 20 minutes earlier than the others at the table (there were five of us) and I ate alone, it was difficult to call a waiter because there was no they were nearby.

Propongono pizza con impasti di tantissimi tipi (senza glutine, al farro, ai 5 cereali, al Kamut) personale molto cortese e professionale!
Ottimo per celiaci, perchè vi sono tantissime opzioni senza glutine certificate AIC, e per persone intolleranti al lattosio

For me, as I am celiac, it is the only guaranteed place near Mantua to eat a pizza. They have improved significantly over the years in service, the food is good and the prices are fair. I feel treated with courtesy and I hope it continues like this.

Let's say I'll be back to give it another chance. The service was a bit cold and approximate: no bread or grussini on the table. Spaghetti with seafood with lots of good but very salty fish. The frying, however, is excellent. Excellent service for celiacs.

Excellent restaurant with two kitchens, one normal and one specific for celiacs, which solves the problem of contamination in an excellent way. The food is delicious, with divine pizzas that satisfy every palate. The only flaw is that the waiting times are a bit long, it takes a long time from ordering until the dish arrives at the table. However, overall, gluten-free food is delicious and enjoyable, making the dining experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend giving it a try!
