I visited Pizzeria Cornaro in Asolo and I must say the experience was excellent in every way. I tried an off-menu artichoke and leek pizza, truly surprising for its balance and delicacy, and a Napoli with a stuffed crust, well-cooked, fragrant, and with a bold flavor: two perfect pizzas, meticulously crafted with attention to detail and top-quality ingredients. The dough is light and easy to digest, the cooking impeccable, and the service attentive but never intrusive—you can sense the professionalism of those who do this job with passion. The restaurant, in the heart of Asolo, has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a quiet evening or a dinner with friends. A place truly worth exploring: perfect pizzas and service, steeped in tradition but with a touch of creativity. Highly recommended!

The pizzas are excellent, their traditional pizzas are top tier and their specialty pizzas add a nice twist to classic style. Angelo as always was an excellent waiter!

Wonderful lunch and even better service. We ordered carbonara, grilled chicken, pizza, and octopus salad- everything was incredible. Tiramisu and Panna Cotta w figs. All perfection. The highlight of our visit was THE BEST SERVICE from the nicest and most warm gentlemen. Felt like he rolled out the red carpet for us, but we saw him treating every table exactly the same- just the nicest guy and he was hustling to ensure every guest was taken care of. Best restaurant in Asolo by far! Amazing meal and impeccable service!

We had the eggplant Parmesan and a pizza, fantastic! Went back a second night and had the clams which were wonderful and the tiramisu and lemon cake, wow!
