Kind and attentive staff, the pizza is definitely one of the best in Bologna, crispy and soft dough at the same time. I absolutely recommend trying it.

A Bolognese lunch in the heart of Bologna.
After reading the reviews of this historic trattoria I decided to try it with my wife. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors of authentic Bolognese cuisine
The Bolognese cutlet and tagliatelle with ragù were delicious. I will definitely come back to try the rest!

I went to the restaurant and it was great. Both my husband and me ordered tortellini, however mine were gluten free. They were great. Waiter told the table next to us that the flour they use is wheat flour (and other like rice) but it has gluten removed. It was great, and it is certified by the Italian Celiac Association so it can be trusted. My plate was black and his was white so it can be distinguished. The only thing that was different was the size of the tortellini.
For dessert I ordered a chocolate cake with mascarpone.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Starting from the fact that restaurants that offer very varied menus often turn out to be a disappointment in terms of quality, we can say that this is absolutely not the case. We were a table of 8 people, including celiacs. We all ordered different first courses (gluten-free Parmigiana, chicken curry, gluten-free tortellini, Ceasar Salad etc..) and the first courses were appreciated by everyone! Same thing for desserts (cheesecake, gluten-free tiramisu, lemon sorbet).
The service was fast despite the crowd and attention from the staff. Definitely worth trying, also given its centrality!
Beyond this, the place is really clean and chic.

Ristorante dall'ambiente moderno , frequentato da giovani e persone con problemi di celiachia. Piatti classici della cucina bolognese, senza infamia e senza lode. Il dolce (la sfera Atabella) veramente buono e da provare. Conto un pochino salato.
