The place was very crowded (it was a Saturday night, which is understandable), with slightly cramped seating, but still comfortable.
Excellent fish dishes, including the tuna and cod steaks.
Other guests with celiac disease received truly impeccable service, from changing napkins to avoid cross-contamination to providing a sealed bag with gluten-free focaccia, as well as the dishes their friends ordered.
Excellent service and great attention to specific dietary needs. Highly recommended!

Everything is excellent, meat, fish and pizza and everything is also gluten-free! Highly recommended! Even for celiac people, they are very attentive.

Pizza both gluten-free (cereal dough) and normal very good. After 5 minutes from the order the normal pizza arrives while we wait a bit for the gluten-free one. The environment is not very big and therefore it creates a lot of confusion, tables very close, it seems to be at the table with others. I had a tiramisu for dessert which was not a tiramisu but a biscuit covered in mascarpone cream which therefore did not stick together enough, I do not recommend it. Good gluten-free beer on tap. Good pizza but I only recommend that and therefore I would not return, environment and atmosphere not adequate.

I have been fortunate to live and travel in many cities, and each time I have searched for the best gluten-free pizza. I did not expect that the best of the best would be in Bologna.

It's hard to find a better gluten-free pizza than Caruso's, it's hard to distinguish it from a normal pizza... Truly a salvation for celiacs and gluten intolerants.
For those who don't have any food problems, the pizza with normal dough is truly TOP! 🔝

Ristorante pizzeria molto valido. Cucina sia con che senza glutine buonissima. Sono diverse volte che vado a pranzo/cena in famiglia o in coppia ed è sempre stato tutto perfetto. Grandissima attenzione al senza glutine, mi sento di dire un posto sicuro per una persona con queste esigenze e non solo. Allego foto di piatti di pesce, frittura e spaghetti senza glutine buonissimi, mi spiace per le altre volte non ho fatto in tempo a fare foto, avevo già divorato tutto.
