Ristorante Pizzeria Caruso In Bologna

Caruso is a guarantee: delicious pizza, with very high quality gluten-free dough and never a contamination problem. For us celiacs it is a true paradise, as well as a pleasure for the palate. Excellent service and great customer care. Super recommended!!! :)

A nice evening with friends, good pizza, the fried foods left something to be desired, industrial and frozen food, we were thinking of something more homemade and from Campania. In the end, quality/price left something to be desired, a little expensive compared to average

fish starter didn't live up to expectations but good. The first "cacio e pepe" with red prawns...not well thought out, you could only taste the cacio e pepe...among other things, very good.

Finally a decent Neapolitan pizza in Bologna. The thing that struck me most about this place was the sincere and nice welcome from the staff and the owner. They must have a well-organized kitchen (with its team) and pizza chef, since the delivery times were very quick, despite the place being crowded. Pizza digested very well the next day, another good test. I assigned the fifth star for the professionalism and kindness that I saw in my eyes and which I compliment as it is a "rare commodity" these days. Correct and average prices. To return.

I ate the best pizza in Bologna.......but how much does it cost!!!!!! 55 euros for 2 pizzas and I repeat, very good, 2 drinks and 1 sorbet seem really a lot to me. Now there is no longer a difference between eating a primo and Secondo restaurant in a trattoria and a good pizza in a pizzeria. Another sore point is the parking... a challenge to find!!!!.

Start by complimenting the owner but also the staff! The thoughtfulness, the care with which we were welcomed and served is unique. I ate the best Cacio e Pepe of my life! I am a lover of cacio e pepe! Revisited with prawn tartare. Explosive, with attention to detail and flavour. FABULOUS appetizer! Too bad I didn't take the photo, made up of many small bowls with different tartares, octopus, baby octopus, mussels and clams with a unique flavour. I must admit that it was a great discovery for me. A succulent and experiential lunch. The Chef was very good, but also the waiter who served us. Very affable, friendly, kind owner. VERY CLEAN place! Very serene environment, with soft colors and relaxing! I'll be back for sure! Congratulations to all the staff; 10 stars wouldn't be enough! J.S.

Excellent restaurant, as well as the pizzas are absolutely fabulous. Now I go there almost every week and the Caruso 2.0 is an obsession. Highly recommended

Abbiamo mangiato bene e il servizio è stato buono. Ottima pizza anche senza glutine. Ottimo menu ampio e per accontentare anche chi non vuole la pizza.

Devo dire che sono tornato a casa un po' deluso Il locale lo conosco da tempo e l'ho promosso con i 5 amici che che sono venuti con me ma mi sembra che il locale in ngenerale sia un po' calato sia sceso di un gradino rispetto alle pizze stupende che sfornava, il servizio un po' distratto Tornerò ma sarò ancora più attento
