I can very welcoming, it has a dedicated gluten-free cuisine therefore excellent for intolerants and celiacs. We've always had pizza and it's really good, even the gluten-free one is excellent. For the weekend you need to book at least a few days in advance

I went to Caruso for the first time more than twenty-five years ago and immediately stated that it was one of the best pizzerias in San Vitale in my opinion. Having said that, today they missed a few hits, the pizza is good but in addition to this last one I also took the classic fried Neapolitan appetizer, which instead was a mix of unsuitable frozen foods, half of which were fried potatoes... Another thing to note is the parking, which is actively a challenge to park in the area. High prices and ok service.

Excellent pizzeria in Bologna. Wide choice of pizzas, light dough and generously seasoned. Also a large choice of doughs for celiacs. Definitely one of the best pizzerias in Bologna both for the low waiting times and for the goodness of the dishes.

E' poco lontano da casa nostra, quindi càpita di ritornarci volentieri, da soli o con amici. Anche questa volta si è confermato come locale assolutamente affidabile. Gamberi di sicura freschezza, saporiti e delicati. Polipo alla brace tenero e cotto come si deve. Buone le cime di rapa. Ottima la pastiera napoletana calda. Prezzi onesti.

16/03/2025: El famoso bocadillo de Mortadela: Llevaba mucho tiempo oyendo hablar de este bocadillo y finalmente pude probarlo. Es muy buena y, como se ha dicho, no es como la mortadela americana. La mortadela americana tiene mucha más sal y una textura más grasienta. No sé si posiblemente pusieras diez veces la cantidad de mortadela, ¿sabría a mortadela americana?
