Ristorante Pizzeria Bitto In Palau

Food is great, fresh ingredients. Pizza is acceptable but not great even though the tomato sauce is amazing. Pasta is very good! Well done!

We had a great time, we had a fish-based dinner and then we came back to eat pizza, everything was delicious, the two waiters were very friendly and attentive, I highly recommend it

So in Bitto's excuse I can only point out that we arrived at 2:15 pm. And we were greeted with a peremptory "no pizza", but we were there for the fish. They made us sit in the room, ignoring the beautiful veranda, evidently available for other times. Then mussels alla marinara really insufficient for the quality of the seasoning and the size of the portion. Instead the fregola with clams and shrimp. An excellent dish, cooked and seasoned ok. However only one shrimp and one head and too many "empty" clam shells. In any case the dish overall excellent. Bread basket insufficient for the quality of the bread. And then a one-liter bottle of "Smeraldina" natural water €3.00. At the supermarket the 1.5-liter bottle costs 35 cents. Speechless. The service staff kind and helpful.

The grilled calamari is perfection. We were a large group with children and the staff could not be more hospitable. Especially young Lorenzo

Nice food, good menu, very affordable prices!

This is our 10th day in Sardegna and truth be told I have had my fill of seafood pasta and/or pizza. So this review should take that into account. As well, the choice of white wine by the glass is not as interesting in Palau as it has been in Cagliari or along the west coast of the island. My partner’s ravioli with butter sage was the better choice. Really, it was my mistake to order salmon where salmon is not indigenous to the island.

Come sempre, il pranzo è stato fantastico! Il servizio è stato incredibile e il pasto è stato semplicemente fuori dal mondo! Il pesce era di ottima qualità e il dessert si scioglieva in bocca!
