We spent two weeks in Palau and this was the nicest and most complete dining experience we had.
The service and hospitality were spot on, attentive but not intrusive, and all the food was lovely - the grilled calamari was wonderful - I had it both evenings - the starters of marinated mussels and the monkfish Catalan were a delight, as was the grilled sea bass.
We ate here our last two evenings and it was a delightful way to bring our holiday to a close.

It has a very good pizza with excellent quality dough.
I highly recommend the SFIZIOSA pizza! 🍕
The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant,

This family owned restaurant is a gem.
The pasta and squid were simply the best we had in our two weeks traveling Sardinia. We went a second time and were treated like regulars. We highly recommend Bitto!

We were here for dinner and had a pizza, a pasta dish, a large water, and a chocolate soufflé for dessert.
The pasta was delicious, although quite expensive at €15. The pizza was okay, and at €12, definitely a tourist price. Unfortunately, the chocolate soufflé was just a Metro soufflé topped with a bit of whipped cream and cheap chocolate syrup. The water bottle was a simple plastic one you could buy in a store for 69 cents, but it cost €3 in the restaurant. There were three cats in the restaurant itself, which was a bit odd. Unfortunately, we didn't feel at home and felt like it was more of a tourist trap.

Great restaurant. It may not look that inviting at first glance, but it's always worth a visit because the food and the friendliness are top-notch! We'll be back!

Ottima esperienza. Personale cordiale ed attento. Fregola con frutti di mare veramente speciale. I prezzi nella norma. Potrebbe costare anche meno secondo me.
