Local restaurant with friendly efficient service. Delicious pizza. Tagliata with a good grill flavor and the pasta vongole the way we prefer it (pure). We enjoyed it

Family restaurant, welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and courteous service. We ate the seafood risotto, which is one of the dishes on the menu served for at least two people. When the dish arrived at the table, we were surprised by the quantity, as it would easily serve three people. Very tasty, with the flavor of fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it.

….se vi trovate a Palau, e’ obbligatoria una sosta a pranzo o a cena allo storico ristorante “Bitto”. Eccellente cucina sarda con influenza ligure , dove potete gustare un superbo ridotto ai frutti di mare ed una esagerata bracciata di pesce. Personale gentile ed educato, che ti fanno sentire a tuo agio….questo è anche lo spirito della Sardegna.

Everything perfect. We ate grilled fish and we hadn't eaten fish like this in a long time. Thanks to the quality of the raw materials, but certainly also the knowledge of those who use the grill: perfect cooking, seasoning that did not cover the taste of the fish. Friendly staff, simple but nice place. The pizzas I saw passing by also looked really good.
Don't be fooled by how you see it from the outside, there is a small garden at the back where you can eat outside, although we preferred to eat inside to enjoy some fresh air after a day in the beating sun.
We still have a week of vacation, if we pass through Palau again we will certainly return.
